I had a lunch appointment near Yeoksam Station today, so I was trying to figure out where to go~ I'd had Raviok Yeoksam Main Branch on my list for a while, so I finally went. I heard the weekday-only lunch special is great value, so I headed straight there~

Getting to Raviok Yeoksam Main Branch from Yeoksam Station
It was close to Exit 6 of Yeoksam Station.
Turn slightly into the alley and you'll find it — clean and stylish looking from the outside.

Ordering the lunch special: charcoal LA galbi set
As you can see in the photos below, a variety of dishes were ready to order~ We sat down and, without any hesitation, ordered the charcoal LA galbi set right away.

Before the meal, we also got some Yeongju apple juice, sweet and refreshing.

Ribs already grilled by the kitchen
₊·*◟(⌯ˇ- ˇ⌯)◜‧*・ After a short wait, the star of the show finally arrived. The side dishes came out with it too, tidy and the kind you keep reaching for.
They weren't overly strong-flavored, so I found myself reaching for rice with them first. I loved that they came grilled golden-brown over charcoal in the kitchen and served on a hot iron pan.
The moment it hit the table, a gentle smoky aroma and sweet galbi marinade smell wafted up, making my mouth water instantly. The portion was generous too — enough to finish a whole bowl of rice without running out.

Grilling at lunch usually means worrying about smell clinging to your clothes and feeling pressed for grilling time! But here it came out completely grilled already.
And the harmony between the stew that comes with the set and the rice was really good. A spoonful of that rich, savory stew — kyaa~
I picked up a piece of galbi and pulled it apart — the meat came off the bone smoothly and easily. It wasn't too tough or greasy, and the sweet-salty marinade had soaked all the way through.

The charcoal aroma was subtly layered on the outside, so it never got tiring — I just kept eating. And pulling the meat off the bone by hand was genuinely fun.
Looking back at these photos now, I want to eat it again. It was a fun time pulling everything apart. Chew and tear and taste and enjoy~ ^_^
The scissors were sharp too, cutting through smoothly. Haha. Cut it into bite-sized pieces and before you know it, you'll find it's all disappeared. Truly a proper Yeoksam Station BBQ restaurant.

Not just the main dish — the soup and side dishes that came with it were varied and delicious too. I wanted to come back again, and would recommend it as a spot for a work dinner too.

What was the atmosphere and facilities like?
The staff were kind, so I felt comfortable throughout the meal, and the store was managed neatly and cleanly.

The tables weren't packed tightly together either — they were spacious enough for comfortable conversation with company.
What I liked most of all was the ventilation and overall freshness. There weren't bulky exhaust hoods hanging down over each table blocking your view! The smoke and stale oil smell were completely cleared out of the space, so the air felt genuinely fresh.
I think booking this for a lunch meeting or an important appointment would come across as a smart choice.

The food tasted great, but you could immediately tell they'd put a lot of thought into the space and facilities too.

Plus there was a neatly arranged wine display case on one side of the store, and cleanliness everywhere else too. It was so well maintained that I felt refreshed the whole meal~

I loved everything about it — the soft lighting and the modern, upscale interior.
