Mellows: a premium ice cream shop near Ttukseom Station

Today I'm introducing Mellows, a premium ice cream spot near Ttukseom Station. We were looking for somewhere for dessert after dinner with the family and ended up here! Both the ice cream and the coffee were so good I couldn't not write about it...

Have you ever seen an ice cream shop open this late? It's great for stopping by for dessert after dinner, or when you want something sweet after a drink.

It's close to Exit 7 of Ttukseom Station, so accessibility was great from the start. The vibe here is insane haha.

There were seats outside too! I thought once the weather cools down a bit, it'd be great to sit here like an outdoor tent and eat ice cream.

Going inside, there were wood-tone tables and chairs, and the overall cozy atmosphere really appealed to me. The walls had a unique texture too, giving it a different feel from an ordinary café!

And there were wet wipes and tissues set out in front of the counter, so it was convenient to use whenever needed!

Looking at the ice cream descriptions on the wall, I wanted to try them all... 🥹 Honestly, if it's Sangha Farm ice cream, I trust it, so I was even more excited.

Here's the Mellows menu! The soft serve comes in various flavors starting from the basic milk flavor.

They even sell alcohol and snacks here! I guess that's why they're open so late haha.

We wanted to try a bit of everything together, so we ordered two americanos and four ice cream flavors.

Does everyone know how heavenly it is to cleanse your palate with an americano after ice cream? ...It was clean with no acidity, so it went great with the ice cream! Genuinely delicious.

Milk soft serve with granola at the bottom

The most basic milk flavor was smooth and clean, a taste anyone could enjoy. There was granola at the bottom of the cup too, giving it a better texture than eating the ice cream alone!

Matcha soft serve

Fans of matcha would love this one too! With matcha sauce and toppings on top, you could taste a subtle bitterness—

and inside, just like the milk flavor, there was granola, so the crunchy texture was great too! How can it be this good... I kept marveling as I ate it.

Peach soft serve piled with fruit

The peach came with a ton of fruit on top too, so you really got that satisfying bite🍑 They mentioned that if you visit late they sometimes run out of fruit, but I was lucky enough to get the peach too. It reminded me of Petitzel jelly — sweet and refreshing.

Mango soft serve

And the one I enjoyed the most — mango! (Actually my mom ordered it.) The mango on top wasn't the usual frozen-mango feel — it was genuinely soft and delicious ㅠㅠ The combination of tangy-sweet mango and smooth ice cream matched so well🥭

With Sangha Farm ice cream plus all sorts of delicious toppings, every single flavor was so good! Seeing my mom and dad enjoy it and look satisfied too, I think this is a place people of all ages would love.
