Today I'm introducing a Siheung Premium Outlets favorite — Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu Siheung Premium Outlets! Shopping around the outlets for a while gets you hungry fast, and when you want something hot and filling, this spot on the 1st floor Taste Village is exactly the place to go.
This place properly makes everything in-house: pork neck bones boiled fresh daily, broth simmered from scratch, and noodles made fresh every day. With freshly made kimchi salad made throughout the day and a rich broth flavor you'd expect from an old-school noodle shop, you can enjoy it comfortably in a clean food court setting.
This time I tried the gut-warming spicy bone soup rice and the tender pork jowl suyuk (boiled meat) set, which is only boiled twice a day. The pairing of spicy broth and soft suyuk is a perfect match — let me introduce Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu Siheung Premium Outlets!

🚗 Parking info: on-site building parking available (plenty of spaces)

How to get to Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu in Taste Village
After parking, you'll see two entrances to the mall — left and right. Head toward the entrance on the right in the photo (THE S MALL) — that's the one closest to the restaurant (Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu).

The outlets are huge, so it can get confusing on your first visit. I came in through the parking entrance, took the escalator down, and immediately opened Naver Maps! Checking my current location, I needed to head right to reach Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu. Just keep going right after the escalator and you won't get lost.

Outside the building there's a full floor-by-floor directory map showing store locations from 1st to 3rd floor at a glance. Looking for the Taste Village section on the map, my finger is pointing right where Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu is marked. It's easy to find by comparing your current location with the store location on the map.

There are restrooms at every entrance, which is really convenient. Seeing it in person, it exceeded my expectations!

The moment you step in, a pleasant sweet scent lightly drifts through the air, and the interior is upscale and kept very clean — it made the whole visit feel good.

Step outside the building and turn right, and you'll see a lovely outdoor street view! If you spot a row of brick buildings and shops with that European vibe, you've found the right way. Just keep walking straight and you'll arrive in no time 🚶♂️

Walking along the street, you'll come to a glass automatic door entrance with a TASTY ORDER banner! Looking through the glass door, you'll see the 'Bone Kalguksu' sign reflected inside.

Once inside, there's a directory board for Taste Village, where a variety of restaurants gather. Look around the board and, right where my finger is pointing, you'll find the Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu we were looking for haha
As soon as you enter Taste Village, look straight ahead and you'll spot the Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu storefront right away. No need to search around corners — the big lit-up 'Bone Kalguksu' sign right in front catches your eye instantly.
Where are the terrace, the seats and the tray return at Taste Village?
Outside the entrance of Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu Siheung Premium Outlets, there's a spacious, lovely outdoor terrace area. If you're visiting with your dog, you can sit outside instead of indoors and enjoy your meal together. It's an open, breezy space, perfect for sitting on a nice day.
There's seating right in front of the store too! And beyond that, there's plenty of seating throughout the whole space. If the seats right in front are full, don't worry — just find any open seat nearby that you like and sit down.

After your meal, return your dishes to the return station (퇴식구) to the right of the counter! And here's a tip you shouldn't skip — if you leave a Naver receipt review, they'll give you a Yomamttae ice cream to refresh your palate. Perfect way to cool down after a rich bowl of kalguksu haha

There's a water station near the store so you can grab water while eating. The sign is posted large on the wall and ceiling, so you can spot it easily from a distance, and there are multiple water dispensers so you won't have to wait.
Pyeongi Dambaek menu and the spend-based customer appreciation event

Ingredient origins for the main items are posted on the left side of the store, so you can eat with peace of mind.
A nice spend-based customer appreciation event

- Spend ₩40,000 or more: free pollock salad! 🐟
- Spend ₩50,000 or more: free suyuk, no less! 🥩
If you visit with company and add even a small side to your kalguksu order, you'll easily cross the threshold amounts, so I'd recommend making the most of these freebies. (Not stackable with other events; may end early depending on store conditions.)
What we ordered at Pyeongi Dambaek and how ordering works
I ordered the spicy bone soup rice with tender pork jowl suyuk set + 5 dumplings + cider + sikhye!

You can order directly at the counter, but there's also a TASTY ORDER QR code right in front of the store! Just scan it with your phone's camera and it takes you straight to the mobile order page. No need to stand in line — you can check the menu and pay all in one go. If it's busy, I'd recommend trying the mobile order option!

How ordering works at Pyeongi Dambaek Bone Kalguksu: order your desired menu at the counter, and you'll get a buzzer with the store logo on it like this. Order and pickup: pre-order at the counter → receive buzzer → when it buzzes, pick up your food at the kitchen counter. Just sit with your buzzer and it'll go off as soon as your freshly cooked bone kalguksu is ready.

The buzzer went off, so I picked up my order at the counter.

On the main tray, the bone kalguksu topped with egg garnish takes center stage, alongside a few pieces of suyuk, kimchi salad, and a bowl of rice.

On the side tray were 5 dumplings topped with scallion strips and seasoning sauce, plus the cider and sikhye I ordered. Everything was plated neatly and cleanly overall.
How does the spicy bone soup rice taste?
Look at how thick the meat is inside the bone soup! Each big bone had a really generous amount of thick meat attached. The meat is thick and hearty! Can you feel the heft in the video of lifting the bone?!
Despite being this thick, the meat isn't dry at all — it pulls off tender and moist, so you can really enjoy it properly. There's also chewy glass noodles inside, adding fun little bites as you fish them out along the way.
Mixing rice into the spicy broth, scooping up a big spoonful, and topping it with a chunk of meat and the egg garnish, then eating it all in one bite — that's pure deliciousness!!
There's an exotic-tasting sauce served alongside, and it's noticeably tangy! Dipping a thick piece of meat into it lightly cuts the richness and adds a distinctive flavor — if you like Southeast Asian food, this sauce will really be your kind of special touch.

The kimchi salad side dish has a strong salted-seafood (jeotgal) flavor, and the cucumber peppers tossed in ssamjang (dipping paste) have a crisp, lively texture that paired perfectly with the spicy bone soup rice.
Tender pork jowl suyuk and the meat dumplings
The pork jowl suyuk (boiled meat) comes sliced thin and tender. Placing a little ssamjang on a piece of meat along with sliced garlic and pepper makes a really great combo! The soft, savory flavor unique to pork jowl blends with the sharp garlic and spicy pepper for a clean, non-greasy bite.
The steamed dumplings arrived topped with spicy seasoning sauce and scallion strips. Inside the thin, chewy dumpling skin, the savory meat filling is packed generously, so each bite is full of flavor. The scallions and light seasoning keep it from getting too rich, making it a perfect side to pair with the bone soup rice or kalguksu.
Is Pyeongi Dambaek worth a stop at Siheung Premium Outlets?

From the spicy bone soup rice loaded with thick meat to the tender pork jowl suyuk and the clean-tasting meat dumplings, every dish had a high level of finish. In particular, the kimchi salad with its distinctive salted-seafood aroma, the crisp cucumber pepper side dish, and the distinctively tangy sauce all balanced perfectly with the rich broth, letting me enjoy it fully without ever feeling greasy.
With clear ingredient origin labeling and a spend-based customer appreciation event, I'd strongly recommend this as a hearty, satisfying meal.
Pyeongi Dambaek Siheung Premium Outlets was, overall, a satisfying place with a hearty spread carefully prepared — from the spicy bone soup rice with its thick meat and rich broth, to the tender pork jowl suyuk, to the meat dumplings topped with scallions and seasoning. If you're at Siheung Premium Outlets looking for a rich, comforting broth and a filling Korean meal, this place is worth checking out.
