Among Songdo sushi restaurants, this is one of the best for value and taste — I went back to Sushi Doku The Songdo again 💜 When eating out with my kid, I care a lot about whether a place has proper menus for both adults and children, and this spot sells a range of sushi sets along with a children's set, making it a great choice for a family meal haha.

Sushi restaurants in Songdo can often feel pretty similar to each other, but at Sushi Doku The Songdo, ordering a set gets you sushi plus a bunch of other tasty dishes, so the satisfaction-per-won is really high 😊

📍 Sushi Doku The Songdo is located on the 2nd floor of Onesta Mall, 157 Songdo-gukjedae-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. It's close to Songhyeona and Triple Street, so it's a great spot to combine with shopping or a stroll!

By subway, it's fairly close to Exit 2 of Technopark Station on Incheon Line 1, and if you're driving, you can use the Onesta Mall parking lot :) 2 hours of free parking is provided.

How long is the wait, and when is break time?

Break time runs 3-5pm on weekdays and 2:30-5pm on weekends, so keep that in mind before visiting :)

Inside Sushi Doku The Songdo: seating and atmosphere

Walking into Sushi Doku The Songdo, the whole space feels clean, calm, and a little upscale! There are table seats along with a space that's good for families or larger groups, so it works well for dates as well as family meals or gatherings haha.

It's somehow refined and a bit formal-feeling while still being comfortable, so it doesn't feel like too much no matter who you go with :)

What comes with the 26,900 won premium sushi set

We ordered the premium sushi set for ₩26,900 and the children's set (only for elementary school age and under) for ₩9,900!

The premium sushi set comes with 10 pieces of sushi: halibut, red seabream, salmon, squid, sweet shrimp, tuna belly (akami), red shrimp, snow crab, eel, and monkfish liver (ankimo) :)

The presentation looks amazing, right? hahaha

The sushi isn't all one kind of fish — it ranges from white fish to salmon, shrimp, and eel, so the lineup itself is great and it's fun to try one piece at a time haha.

Salad, truffle chawanmushi, udon and a giant fried prawn

And it's not just sushi — since it's a full set, salad, truffle chawanmushi, udon, and fried dishes all come along, making it a really substantial meal 👍🖤

The salad has a tasty dressing and crisp, fresh vegetables, and the truffle chawanmushi has shrimp and gingko nuts inside! The udon portion is more generous than you'd expect for a set item haha, and the fried items include both a fried prawn and two pieces of chicken karaage 👏🏻

The rice-to-topping ratio on the sushi is just right, so it's never too heavy to eat haha. The proportions are perfect >//<

You use the little brush that comes with the chopsticks to apply soy sauce haha.

I really love sweet shrimp, and seeing a premium sushi set that includes sweet shrimp sushi priced at ₩26,900 — that's seriously great value, right? haha

Sushi Doku The Songdo in Songdo, Incheon is always satisfying every time we visit — we cleaned our plates, right down to the perfectly crispy fried prawn haha.

What's in the 9,900 won children's set?

And here's the children's set my son ate! At ₩9,900, the price is great, and the composition is really good too haha.

It comes with 6 pieces of sushi — egg, fried tofu (inari), and shrimp, two of each — plus pork cutlet, smile-face fries, and a fried prawn!

The pork cutlet and smile-face fries were fried well too, nice and crispy, and the portion felt just right haha.

On the way out, you can have a warm plum tea, which felt like it really helped with digestion 😁
