I periodically get cravings for a good hand-made burger, and this weekend was one of those times, so my husband and I headed to Daily Fix Seoul National University Entrance, a burger spot near Seoul National University Entrance Station. 🍔

👀 First impressions: the storefront and the open-window seats
The moment we walked up, the stylish orange burger sign gave off American New York diner vibes!! (I've never been to America lol)
The huge open windows made it feel like we were sitting at an outdoor terrace table even though we were inside — I'm a total open-air-seating lover so this made me so happy lol 🌿 My mood was already great before the food even arrived haha.
And it's an open kitchen, so you can watch the cooking happen — such a nice touch!! Somehow that makes it feel more trustworthy lol.
Daily Fix, a burger spot near Seoul National University Entrance, has a hip yet relaxed vibe, great for grabbing a beer with friends — but plenty of people were eating solo burgers too! And there were a ton of delivery orders going out..!

Bacon cheese burger with 100% Korean beef
The bacon cheese burger isn't the #1 best-seller for nothing. ✨ You'll get it once you taste it!!! So so good!
Maybe it's because the bacon is house-made and aged for 100 hours, but the bacon was seriously delicious, and especially!! the 100% Korean beef patty, hand-formed fresh every morning, was bursting with juice. 👍🏻👍🏻 The cheese blended in perfectly, and the onions in there too made it even better — ugh so good. It's really the taste of a proper hand-made burger. If you go to Daily Fix, you absolutely have to get the bacon cheese burger. 🍔 Totally recommend.
Triple mushroom burger swapped to a pretzel bun
I love the deep savory flavor of mushrooms and that truffle aroma, so I had high expectations for this one — and swapping to the pretzel bun was honestly such a good call!! 🥨
You could feel it even while cutting the pretzel bun — totally different from a regular bun lol. Golden and chewy on the outside, with that distinct nutty pretzel aroma and a strong butter scent too. The bottom of the pretzel bun was fried in butter like the bottom of a salt bread — seriously so good;;; Highly recommend switching to the pretzel bun!!! And the bread itself was delicious even on its own.
Juices came pouring out as we cut into the burger haha. Eek!!
It was packed with mushrooms too, giving it a nice bite, and the sauce was creamy and savory — though for my taste it was a bit on the salty side haha.
Onion rings on the side
The onion rings we ordered as a side were crispy on the outside with sweet, moist onion inside~~~
The onion rings were also pretty large.
Super crispy with a great bite — good dipped in the sauce that came with it, and good with the burger too. A really enjoyable side. 🧅
💡 Verdict: would we go back to Daily Fix?
Looking out at that wide-open terrace-like view after finishing the burgers — isn't that just great haha. With fall in the air and a gentle breeze coming through, enjoying a truly juicy hand-made burger felt so healing the whole time. 🧡
