So how did it taste?! First, the bacon cheeseburger — I had high expectations since Kang Min-kyung raved about it. The moment I took a bite! Seriously, it was so good. The bun was chewy and savory, like it had soaked in the meat juices, and all the toppings inside really came together well — honestly the best handmade burger I've had recently.

A thick handmade patty seared crispy and browned, saltily grilled bacon, and gooey melted American cheese mustard on top. Juice seeps out through the sides of the patty, and the chewy bacon adds a nice bite.

The truffle mushroom burger was our family's pick since we love truffle sauce, and yeah, the truffle flavor really delivered. The simple yet hearty combo of a perfectly seared, crisp-outside-juicy-inside beef patty and cheese was excellent, and the luxurious truffle taste with deep mushroom flavor was rich in the sauce, getting better with every bite. The truffle flavor lifted the heavy meatiness of the beef in the best way — the pairing was seriously amazing!

18fries vs thin French fries: what's the difference?

I highly recommend ordering these thick 18fries! Seriously, how are fries this good? Sweet, savory, and salty all at once — absolutely the best! However they fry them, they stay crispy until the last bite. Even eating just these was satisfying, and the fluffy-crispy texture was perfect. Totally satisfied!

The thin French fries were excellent too, compared to other places. Cut long and thin and fried hard at a high temperature, they had zero sogginess and a perfectly crisp texture.
