Before starting, she gave me iced tea — I was nervous enough that I just slurped it down without thinking.

I was worried about my dull skin, but she built the base up solidly and with such careful touches that I could feel life coming back into my face bit by bit — I was quietly amazed!

The result: pink eyes, curved brows and natural makeup

Instead of heavy color, she gave me a natural pink look. My brows were basically gone from over-plucking — total Mona Lisa situation — but she drew them in soft curves instead of straight lines, and it suited me so well. She kept the eyes and cheeks softly pink 💖, exactly the vibe I wanted. I did think about going a little bolder, celebrity-style, but natural really does win! I'd woken up early for the appointment and had a lot going on around my eyes, so they looked a bit tired by the end, but I was grateful she took such care of my small, precious eyes.
