Once you open the door and step in, the soft, dim wood-tone interior and coziness make the drinks go down smoothly! 🍻

With everything from 2-seat and 4-seat tables to group seating well arranged, it's a perfect atmosphere whether you come with friends or on a date!

Oh, and I care a lot about restrooms too. The restroom is indoors so it's comfortable to use in the cold winter or hot summer. But it's a unisex single restroom so it might be a little inconvenient? haha But! It even has cotton swabs, floss, and deodorizer stocked, so I was totally moved by the owner's thoughtful attention to detail!

The lighting is moderately mood-y so it makes your face look pretty, and even the music playing hit my taste perfectly, ha. I don't know if they always have it on, but the TV was showing Shibuya CCTV footage, giving off a bit of a Japan-trip feeling~? 😘

You could tell the tables were kept clean! The condiments on the table were tidy too ✨ And I loved that they served chilled tea instead of just water! 🫶🏻

The beer glasses are so small and pretty… haha ✨

I was super hungry, but the dishes came out crazy fast! The signature mapo tofu had that distinctive tingly mala aroma packed with savory meat topping, so I couldn't stop my spoon… 🔥 What is a Korean person? A carb addict. Rice is absolutely essential… and they gave me white rice…? Owner's sense is out of this world~~~💕 You can't skip a bowl of rice with mapo tofu!!

Mixing the mapo tofu into the rice was truly a rice thief situation! (I almost ordered an extra bowl of rice but stopped myself..🐷)

Laziji, 16,900 won: Sichuan fried chicken made for beer

And the razijee (Sichuan-style spicy fried chicken), which was truly the number one drinking snack! 👏 Crispy like a cracker on the outside, moist inside, the fried chicken was fully coated in that numbing, spicy Sichuan flavor from fried chilies and huājiāo oil, so one bite in and it was a true beer thief 🌶️🍗 (The umami is insane!)

If you like spicy, numbing Chinese-style fried dishes, definitely add the razijee! Spicy-salty spicy-salty!!! 😘 Eat and eat and eat some more…🤤
