Next came the hair care. Using Milbon products, she guided my hair through the stages, timing each step as needed. Step 1 involved a product that restores moisture and protein while smoothing the cuticle — with my body sunk into the massage chair and my scalp feeling so cool, I nearly dozed off. Step 2 was about locking in that moisture, protein, and collagen with a coating step so the nutrients don't escape.

The hair care took about an hour in total, and honestly it was the happiest part of the whole visit. I went in expecting a lot, given I'd used half a day off for this, and it really did melt away my stress and left me feeling refreshed. Cool hair, refreshed body — pure happiness.
