Why we stopped at Pink Wall Cafe after clam BBQ on Yeongjong Island

Took a trip out to Yeongjong Island with friends for the first time in a while ~~ We went for clam BBQ and ended up enjoying the whole outing, getting some fresh air too haha. Once we'd filled up on delicious clam BBQ, the next stop was obviously a pretty café for dessert!!
Since we'd come all the way to Yeongjong, I looked for a nice-looking bakery café and found Pink Wall Cafe. True to its name, it's spacious and full of pink, cute little details — the kind of pretty Yeongjong bakery café women love!! The outdoor terrace is especially big, so I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a pet-friendly café.

Pink Wall Cafe location and parking in Yeongjong
Pink Wall Cafe sits on Yongyuseo-ro in Yeongjong, so it's perfectly positioned whether you're out near Eulwangni or coming back from Masian Beach or Yongyu Beach. We came from a clam BBQ place near Masian Beach and it wasn't far at all, so it was easy to get to. The pink exterior catches your eye right away. Parking was spacious and convenient too.

The partitioned outdoor terrace: are dogs welcome?
One of Pink Wall Cafe's biggest perks is how big and nice the outdoor terrace space is. Outdoor terraces can be tough when it's too cold or too hot, but this one has partitions that make it feel almost like an indoor space, so you can enjoy it comfortably no matter the weather !! It's also perfect for bringing your dog. While I was there, a large dog came by too !!
It seems like it would be even better to enjoy on nice-weather days like these. Being able to feel the outdoor atmosphere while still staying comfortable is so, so nice. It seems like a space you'd want to visit even on a rainy day.

Bagels, croissants and cakes on the Pink Wall Cafe bakery shelves
Since it's a Yeongjong bakery café, the bread caught my eye first. That delicious bread smell drifting around ~~ Once you step inside there's a whole range of bakery items and cakes. I actually had a hard time deciding what to pick haha. There were tons of bagel varieties along with croissants and bakery cakes — this is a place better suited to pairing your coffee with a tasty bakery dessert rather than just coming for coffee alone. And if you post an SNS review with a Pink Wall Cafe backdrop, they give you a chestnut pastry too. That was such a nice touch !!

Pink chandeliers and the spacious indoor seating
Pink props everywhere and a huge chandelier! The big pink chandelier hanging from the ceiling is so pretty and impressive. It feels like the key point of Pink Wall Cafe. The interior design was so stylish and pretty. The seating was spacious and the interior was roomy overall. It's a bigger café than I expected. Such a comfortable space to chat for hours.

What we ordered: three Americanos and two bakery items
We ordered 3 Americanos and 2 bakery items. Got the delicious blueberry cake and a bagel.

Cream cheese comes free with a bagel purchase!! And oh right, we also got a chestnut pastry for a receipt review — it was way tastier than I expected. Not a small freebie either, a generous portion, and it was such a tasty chestnut bread paired with coffee.

How the garlic bagel and blueberry cake tasted
Ta-da, here's everything we ordered. Yeongjong bakery café Pink Wall Cafe is so pretty that I tried to take nice photos for an SNS post too haha. Since the café is so pretty, everything photographs well haha. Looks delicious, right?
The Americano was nutty and so delicious. It was exactly my type of coffee taste !! The bread was tasty too. I think it was the garlic bagel and I enjoyed it a lot. The blueberry cake in particular was so good.

Is Pink Wall Cafe a good place to bring your dog?
You can see the terrace space right off to the side, and after a while a large dog showed up along with quite a few other pet-friendly guests. If you're planning a trip to Yeongjong with your dog, I think this place is a solid choice for pet owners heading to Yeongjong. I'm planning to come back here with my dog Bom next time I'm on Yeongjong Island.

Final thoughts on Pink Wall Cafe
The three of us friends were already full from clam BBQ, but we still enjoyed everything so much. We had a great dessert, chatted up a storm, and had such a good time. Coming to Yeongjong, eating great food, then picking out a pretty Yeongjong bakery café for coffee and dessert — that course really is the best.
From the pink exterior to the cute little pink props to the giant chandelier, we looked around, took photos, and the cool iced Americano with cake and bagel was perfect too. The space was roomy and comfortable, and there's even a pet-friendly outdoor area — with partitions that make the outdoor space feel indoor, so the weather doesn't matter! If you're looking for a Yeongjong bakery café for pretty photos, love a pink-toned aesthetic, or want a pet-friendly café in Yeongjong, this is Pink Wall Cafe, worth a stop.
