Inside: counter seats and table seats

The vibe was bright and clean. With both counter seats and table seats, it looked good for a family meal or a date. They can also store your coat or larger bags.
Basic setup and the menu

At the seats, you'll find wasabi, soy sauce, pickled ginger, and rakkyo (pickled shallots) already set. They also give you a basic miso soup. They were kind enough to refill it too.

The menu is super varied! If there's something you want but don't see, you can request it separately and they'll make it for you.

Besides sushi, there are meal options too, and takeout is possible!

They make the fresh sushi right on the spot. The open kitchen was clean too, so I could eat with confidence.
The ₩1,890 flat-rate conveyor belt: what's on it
On Teukbyeolhan Chobap's conveyor belt, there's salmon, scallop, shime saba (vinegared mackerel), shrimp, steak, yukhoe (beef tartare), flying fish roe gunkan (roe-topped hand roll), and so much more. The belt was packed with all kinds of sushi — such an exciting sight. And since every plate is ₩1,890, you don't have to worry about plate colors, which makes it great value, good good good.

Flying fish roe gunkan and cheese scallop
My usual favorite, the flying fish roe gunkan, was — as expected — the tastiest. There was a ton of roe, and the popping texture was so good.

Cheese scallop — a combination that just can't taste bad...

Soy sauce shrimp, seasoned shrimp, egg cheese shrimp
This one really looked like real shrimp, wow, great visual. After the soy sauce shrimp, of course I had to try the spicy seasoned shrimp too, right? And the egg cheese shrimp had to happen too~! Egg + cheese + shrimp, a combination of good things.

Salmon belly and salmon gunkan
The egg steak had a sweetness that got my appetite going~ Salmon belly! One of the tastiest sushi pieces >__< Made freshly right there. Needless to say, it was so soft and delicious!
Salmon + onion + a tangy sauce + flying fish roe. The yellow sauce was sweet and tangy, pairing so well with the salmon. This one's the salmon gunkan, and biting into the thick-cut salmon like salmon kkakdugi (diced radish kimchi) felt so good. This place really seems to know how to do salmon.
Shime saba! I like shime saba but was a little worried it might taste fishy — it wasn't fishy at all~~~! The cheese roll was also delicious, and the aged kimchi flounder was good good, tasty.

Fire chicken tartare, eel, steak sushi
The fire chicken tartare — I picked it because it looked so good visually. Being slightly spicy made it even more delicious. The portion of tartare was huge too, good good.
The eel was really thick and the seasoning sweet, so genuinely good good. As for steak sushi, after eating so much fish, I started craving meat too. It was soft and paired well with the sauce. Besides sushi, there's shrimp tempura too.
Dessert: pineapple and orange
After the meal, dessert was fruit — pineapple and orange!

Wrapped up the meal completely full! It was a very satisfying meal. I ate quite a lot, but since each plate was ₩1,890, it was easy to enjoy without worry~! A confirmed go-to sushi spot in Yeongtong, Suwon.
