We cooked the medium beef tripe nakgopsae and finished with flying-fish-roe fried rice; the spicy broth and rich tripe were such a good match. Verdict: a generously portioned pick for a meal or drinks.
300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch is a seafood restaurant on Masiran-ro in Yeongjong, Incheon. My friend and I had the ₩49,000 cuttlefish couple set, with smoky sauce, clam-filled kalguksu, and crisp half-and-half seafood pajeon. Verdict: a hugely satisfying stop for trying several dishes on a Yeongjong drive.

Two people ordering the gabrisal kimchi bossam set, small (₩42,000) get to pick seafood kalguksu or bibim makguksu to go with it, and out come gabrisal bossam boiled that day, kimchi made fresh daily, and seafood kalguksu timed with an hourglass. For a bossam place near Sindorim for lunch, dinner or a team dinner, Sonjeong Bossam Sindorim Branch is recommended.

Hoegi Wang Galbitang is a Korean restaurant near Hoegi Station in Dongdaemun, Seoul. I had spicy galbitang and arongsatae galbitang loaded with meat, then helped myself to kimchi and extra rice at the self-service bar. Verdict: a seriously satisfying, filling meal I want to have again.
