In short
Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch is a scalp and hair loss care center on the 4th floor of SB Biz Tower, 50m from Exit 8 of Misa Station in Hanam, Gyeonggi. After a consultation under a scalp magnifying camera, the writer had the combination-type scalp care programme: oxygen scaling, detox, an aloe scalp pack, microrizer, oxy air jet, Doomo infrared comb and color light, step by step. Before-and-after photos showed visibly less redness, so Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch is worth a visit if scalp heat and oiliness are your concerns.

Hi, this is Woobin's mom 🫶🏻 Today I visited Top Scalp, a place well known for scalp care. My hair itself is really strong, but I run hot, so my scalp always feels overheated and needs attention ♨️🥵 I'm usually careful about picking shampoo and treatment products and manage things pretty diligently, but the heat never seems to go down easily 🥲

Where is Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch, and what is it like inside?
I visited Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch. Top Scalp is a scalp and hair loss care center, and it turns out there's one in Misa, a neighborhood I go to often 🤭 They have various programs, but I wanted a consultation for my overheated scalp first, so that's how I ended up going.

Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch is 50m straight ahead from Exit 8 of Misa Station, on the 4th floor of SB Biz Tower, so it seems great for public transit too! It was so shiny even from far away that I assumed it had just opened recently 🤭 But this Hanam scalp care spot, Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch, has actually been running for 8 years already.

How does a scalp care session at Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch run?
Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch uses professional equipment for everything from diagnosis to consultation, systematic care, and extra treatments, which is why customer satisfaction is high. The systematic care moves through the scaling room → shampoo room → nutrition care room in sequence, with step-by-step treatment at each stage!

Top Scalp is named for being a top brand offering the best results in hair loss and scalp care, and apparently their products are all certified functional cosmetics 🫢 So it seems like a good fit not just for regular people like me, but also for postpartum mothers who are careful about scrutinizing every product they use. They even have a special postpartum care program!

I asked for a consultation because I deal with a lot of heat and oiliness. Oiliness often comes from diet or genetics, but it can improve with proper care, so I'm going to keep at it :)

The functional cosmetics used at Top Scalp are described as the crystallization of hair loss science, born from naturally derived plant active ingredients and a scientific hair growth-promoting method. They're said to be an intensive treatment product that responds powerfully to all causes of hair loss and delivers differentiated nutrition to the scalp — a real solution for hair loss and problem scalps ✔️

Scalp magnifying camera consultation: why combination-type scalp care?
I went into the consultation room for a detailed scalp diagnosis. Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch checks your scalp condition with a magnifying camera first, then gives you a customized consultation. After checking my scalp, we finally decided on combination-type scalp care ✨️

Apparently it's normal for 2–3 strands to grow from each scalp root. My scalp itself is pretty strong, but the heat is really my main concern 🥺 That scalp heat eventually shows up on the skin as redness too...! Can you see the red areas visible on the scalp through the camera 🥲

In the scaling room: oxygen scaling, detox and an aloe scalp pack
I went to the changing room first to get ready for the real treatment. For comfortable care, I took off both my top and bottom. Usually you just put on a robe, but Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch was really thorough about it ✨️

They started with a foot massage for overall body circulation. Even for scalp-only care, they explained, your whole body's circulation needs to be good for the scalp to be healthy too 🤍
First was the oxygen scaling stage, which dissolves dead skin cells and buildup. It already felt so refreshing 🫧
Second was the detox stage, which they explained removes the dissolved dead skin and buildup once more! They kept checking in about the pressure and asked me to tell them if anything hurt — the staff really took care with the details :)
Next was the aloe scalp pack stage. Apparently this has a calming effect on skin for people like me with a lot of scalp heat ✨️ They really scrubbed it in. I felt an intense cooling sensation 🤭 Personally, this was the most refreshing step. The cooling effect was on point!

Then they applied a mist to help everything absorb well. It felt like moisture was packing into my scalp 🫧

While doing the hair mist, they also brought out coffee and snacks to enjoy alongside it. This neighborhood's go-to scalp care spot, Dr. Scalp haha — they mentioned it's been 8 years, and you could really feel the director's seasoned expertise ✨️

Aqua Punch shampoo, then the nutrition care room
After finishing the first stage of care and the shampoo, I moved to the second care room. The shampoo at Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch uses Aqua Punch water pressure, which they say removes leftover buildup from the scalp while also giving a scalp massage effect 👏
If the first care room cleaned the scalp thoroughly, then after the shampoo the second care room is about feeding the scalp nutrients. Last time it was foot care alongside the treatment, but this time hand care was included too, which was a nice, unusual touch 🤭
In the second care room, they first did a cool-air blow dry. Then came the microrizer treatment — apparently this stage applies a highly concentrated ampoule in a fine gas form so it can penetrate deep into the scalp. This stage also balances oil and moisture, which was great for someone like me with a lot of oiliness!

In the second nutrition stage, they did the oxy air jet. This is described as a step that precisely delivers effective ingredients for scalp care using oxygen pressure. They explained every single step in detail, so knowing what was happening made the treatment even more worthwhile 🧡

Next was the Doomo infrared comb treatment. I'd seen lots of photos of this step in Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch reviews, so I was curious about it 👀
The Doomo infrared comb treatment is said to use micro-vibration and high frequency to penetrate nutrients down to the dermis layer of the scalp and activate cell regeneration.

The final finishing step is the color light treatment, which calms and regenerates the scalp. Hand care was included at the same time, and it felt like a genuinely healing experience!

Before and after: how much scalp redness went down?
After finishing all the treatments, I was able to check my scalp condition again in the consultation room. The top image is after care, and the bottom is before. You could clearly see the redness had disappeared! They took care of everything so kindly that it was a truly happy experience. If you're looking for scalp care in Misa, Hanam, I'd recommend Top Scalp Hanam Misa Branch 🌟🤍
