Blue exterior giving full European vibes right from the start 💙 📍 I went to Meolmeol Pangyo, a brunch spot on the Baekhyeon-dong café street.
The blue striped awning was so eye-catching from far away, I couldn't help but keep glancing over ✨
Did you see the blue country 〰️ I saw Meolmeol in Pangyo 〰️

If you're looking for a brunch spot in Pangyo with great vibes ✔️ this is a place that makes you want to walk in just from the outside. The relaxed atmosphere unique to Baekhyeon-dong café street is a bonus 👍🏻 The blue board, the yellow flower decorations — every detail is so cute, and overall there's a slightly European alleyway brunch café mood 🎵

Parking at Meolmeol Pangyo: public lot, EVs free for 2 hours

Seating and mood inside Meolmeol Pangyo
The interior seating (and atmosphere) at Meolmeol Pangyo was a spring-like combo of wood tones and bright walls 🌿 Each table had slightly different chairs, lighting, and wall art, so even within the same space each seat had its own subtly different mood. Floor-to-ceiling windows at the front and back let in great light, with no closed-in feeling at all 〰️✨
The tables weren't packed too tightly either, which made it perfect for enjoying that relaxed Pangyo-brunch vibe. There were friends, families, couples on dates, even people with their dogs — all kinds of guests. A Pangyo brunch spot anyone can comfortably enjoy, no matter who they come with 👍🏻

🐶 A dog I didn't know was staring right at me 💙
I was seated at a round table 〰️ and I was so glad I made a reservation 🎵
The table setting was also so Meolmeol-cute 🤍 Even the doodle-like drawings caught my eye — little details like this make you feel good even before the brunch arrives 〰️

How to order: table QR code, water and tissues self-serve
📌 Every table had usage instructions posted. You order and pay directly via the QR code on the table, and water, tissues, and wet wipes are all self-serve.
Even the Wi-Fi info was written out clearly, so it wasn't hard to figure out how things worked even on a first visit.
What's on the Meolmeol Pangyo menu?
The menu was broadly split into Non-coffee / Dessert / Salad, Pasta & Risotto / Alcohol. With brunch dishes, drinks, dessert, and alcohol all covered, it seemed like a great fit for brunch during the day and a light glass of wine in the evening ✨👍🏻
Besides coffee, there was a pretty wide range of non-coffee options too — especially flawless combos like lemon cream tea, ube matcha latte, and raspberry matcha latte 💙

With such a varied menu, you could go light with a salad or open sandwich, or eat hearty with pasta or risotto ✔️ Perfect if you like Pangyo brunch spots with lots of options ✨ Since I was there more for a dinner-brunch combo, I went hearty 👇🏻 (raspberry endive salad and truffle cream pasta review coming up)

Wine corkage 20,000 won and an Aperol Spritz to start
The alcohol menu was genuinely more varied than I expected 🍷 Cocktails, red, white, sparkling — all covered. A perfect setup for a drink once the brunch vibe kicks in 〰️
And Meolmeol Pangyo's wine corkage is just ₩20,000 ‼️👍🏻
As an aperitif I ordered an 🍊Aperol Spritz🍊. Apparently it's Italy's national cocktail? At around 2.5% ABV it's easy to drink, and one sip brings out this burst of orange with barely any alcohol taste — so it just kept going down ‼️

Avocado open sandwich, swapped to jalapeño
The avocado open sandwich 🥑 — I got the original but swapped it to jalapeño. The soft, savory avocado flavor gets a little kick of spice on top, so it's not the least bit heavy and I just kept eating without stopping.
And see the photo on the left? The knife is propped up so it doesn't touch the table directly ‼️ Catching a detail like this makes me feel like Meolmeol Pangyo really cares about the small things 〰️ 💙

Why the raspberry endive salad was the top pick
My favorite by far was the raspberry endive salad 🍑❤️🔥 The raspberry endive salad has genuinely sweet peach paired with salty jamón — a flawless combo from the start ✨ But the real kicker is the raspberry sauce underneath.
Between the sweet peach and the salty jamón, the tangy raspberry sauce ties it all together, and I just couldn't stop eating.
Out of everything I had at Meolmeol Pangyo, this was my top pick. Good enough that I'd come back just for the raspberry endive salad 🩷

Truffle cream pasta: crisp-roasted mushrooms are the kicker
This truffle cream pasta was an instant yes — this is real truffle 🍝 The cream was thick and savory with a strong truffle aroma, but the crispy roasted mushrooms on top were the real kicker ‼️
The savory, slightly crunchy texture added to the mix made the whole combination so good 〰️

A Pangyo brunch café that works with any company
🍋 Meolmeol Pangyo was every bit as good on a revisit, atmosphere included 💙 From the blue accents to the self-serve bar piled high with lemons, Meolmeol's signature vibe was alive in every corner. The self-serve bar had everything you'd need, which made things easy, and there were baby chairs too, so it seemed like a good place to bring a baby along for brunch. With friends, dates, and families all comfortable here, it's clear why the crowd was so varied at Meolmeol Pangyo ✨
Overall satisfying from the atmosphere to the food — Meolmeol Pangyo is a place that'll come to mind again whenever I'm craving Pangyo brunch 💙
