Today I'm introducing Circus Rabbit, a lettering cake spot in Jamsil, Songpa. I found it while searching for a lettering cake to order for my big sister's birthday.

How to reserve and use the unmanned pickup
You can book through Naver Reservation, and cake design confirmation happens over KakaoTalk. There are two cake types: whole cakes and lunchbox cakes.

Unmanned operating hours are Tuesday to Friday, 16:00–21:00. Once the reservation is confirmed, they send a photo of the finished cake along with pickup instructions and unmanned fridge guidance. They'd put together a video on their Naver blog showing directions to the shop by different entrances of the Jangmi complex, so I could head straight to Circus Rabbit without getting confused. The unmanned fridge pickup instructions were also laid out on the same Naver blog, so I could find the cake right away. Since the Jangmi complex building itself has a huge number of shops packed in, I guess they knew how easy it is to get lost and prepared this ahead of time haha.

Directions to Jangmi Complex basement level 1
I followed the route from Omadeng, passed Paris Baguette, and headed to the rear parking lot,

then went down to the basement floor through Building B, Entrance 8.

As soon as I came down the stairs, Circus Rabbit, the lettering cake spot in Jamsil, Songpa, was right there!

Which cakes can you order at Circus Rabbit?
Besides the main cakes, they also sell fig bottle cake and melon sando (melon sandwich).

I liked that Circus Rabbit offers so many types of cakes — Lovely Lunchbox Cake, Best Lunchbox Cake, embossed lettering cake, summer design cake, special cake, figure cake, and more. Cakes rest for a day by policy, so date changes need to be requested 2–3 days ahead, and the lunchbox cake, 10cm/serves 2, comes in three flavors: milk, raspberry, or oreo. Lettering can be up to 8 characters.

18:00 unmanned pickup: Lovely Lunchbox Cake No. 12 in pink
I picked up my order right at 6 pm during the unmanned hours, and the finished lunchbox lettering cake was so pretty. The original color was purple, but I think switching it to pink was the right call!!

For unmanned pickup, you scan the QR code, enter your name and the last 4 digits of your phone number, and then grab the cake using the password shown. Once pickup is done, you go back out in the reverse order you came in. After picking up, you send a pickup-complete message to Circus Rabbit on KakaoTalk.

After picking up the cake, I checked the instructions and looked around, and found a review event.

If you take part in the Naver receipt review event, you get a pretty candle, so I definitely recommend joining in.

The packaging was lovely too, and they included a note with post-pickup precautions inside.

My eldest sister's birthday party with the milk cake
I was curious about the cake, so I opened it up right at the table and took some pretty photos. With hearts and little accents dotted all over it, I figured my big sister would love it.

After the family meal, we had the birthday party with the pretty candle, and my sister, who received the gift, thought it was so pretty and took tons of photos haha.

The milk cake itself was so delicious, and we had a happy time together with the family and my niece/nephew.
Is Circus Rabbit worth ordering from? Final thoughts
Circus Rabbit, a lettering cake spot in Jamsil, Songpa, is a great place to get whole cakes or lunchbox cakes lettered as a birthday or anniversary gift. Whole cakes are great too, but since I wanted something to eat after our meal, I went with the lunchbox cake — the design itself was so pretty, and with the candle included, both the giver and the receiver ended up with happy memories. The cake itself was delicious too, so I plan to order again next time there's an anniversary or birthday. If you're looking for a lettering cake spot in Jamsil, Songpa, or a cake shop in Jamsil, I recommend Circus Rabbit.
