Munjeong poke restaurant for two: seafood and steak bowls, Olla Poke

Today I wanted a lunch in Munjeong that was light but still satisfying, and while searching I found Olla Poke! This place lets you pick from seafood, vegan, steak, and even spicy chicken-style flavors. If you're looking for a spot near Munjeong Legal Town or a solo lunch place for office workers in the area, I highly recommend it haha.

Spoiler alert: my friend who came with me said this was the best poke bowl she's ever had ,, so what makes it so different?! Let me lay out the menu, prices, calories, and my full review of Olla Poke. Let's dive in~!

If you go into the basement level of Terra Tower Building A near Munjeong Station Exit 3, you'll spot the orange sign for Olla Poke, a Munjeong favorite!

I love that there are so many options — seafood, meat, vegan, all covered! And if you like spicy food, there are two spicy chicken-style options too. This Munjeong poke restaurant really stands out from the start with its choices.

Another great thing about Olla Poke is you can adjust the rice-to-salad ratio, plus there's a wide range of toppings and sauces, giving people on a diet more options — that's a real advantage! Since it was my first visit today, I went with the basic 5:5 rice-and-salad ratio and the recommended sauce, and I was happy with it haha.

Inside Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch and its self bar

The interior is a clean white tone, kept really tidy, which I loved haha. I visited around 11:40am on a weekday and there were a lot of office workers from nearby! There's a variety of seating too, so it's good for solo dining in Munjeong, and you can also push tables together for groups.

I also loved that the self bar has both lemon water and rooibos tea as options, and cutlery and wet wipes are all there at the self bar too!

Seafood Poke and Beef Skirt Steak Poke: how they tasted

And here's what I ordered today haha.

The recommended sauce comes as basic soy sauce by default, and you can add more soy sauce from the self bar if needed~!

First up, the Seafood Poke! They give you a sauce that's kind of like a pollack roe cream with a hint of truffle scent, and that sauce is truly the highlight.

Inside there are really plump, big shrimp, scallops, and flying fish roe sprinkled on top. Also, Olla Poke comes with some seaweed stem mixed in as a default — you can pick it out if it's not your thing, or eat it as is haha.

Next is the Beef Skirt Steak Poke! I thought I was getting a steak rice bowl — there are quite a lot of big chunky pieces of skirt steak in it~!

It pairs really well with the pineapple, and the wasabi mayo sauce that comes with it is quite spicy, so it tasted great mixed in with just a little bit added haha.

Even after adjusting the rice, salad, and meat portions, there was still meat left over ,, the sauces here are really well done and the ratio of ingredients inside the poke is great too, so I really enjoyed it ,, I could do this kind of 'diet' every day lol.

Cleaned my bowl completely ,, my friend who came with me said, no joke, this was truly the best poke bowl she's ever had lol. I heard they've been running this business in Munjeong since 2021! Hope they keep going for a long time ,, and this Munjeong location is the main branch of Olla Poke!

They even put out mouthwash at the self bar — such a thoughtful touch 🔥 At Olla Poke you can choose your main ingredients and customize your base, so it's a perfect pick for a Munjeong lunch haha.

This time I ordered the Seafood and Beef Skirt Steak Poke, but next time I'll try a different combination!! Things like tuna or spicy chicken-style salmon sound amazing too ,, if you're looking for a place to eat near Munjeong Station and want something simple but delicious, I recommend Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch~!
