Cheonan café for sparkling flat peach iced tea: Brewers Coffee
In short
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a dessert café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, Chungnam. I took away a 6,000 won flat peach iced tea and five baked desserts, including flan, canelé, madeleines, and a butter rice-cake financier. Verdict: a reliable Cheonan stop for moist, deeply flavorful desserts—even if you do not drink coffee.

An all-black café in Sinbu-dong’s food alley

Located deep in Sinbu-dong’s food alley, Brewers Coffee stands out in all black. Its exterior is as hip as its coffee and desserts are good, making it a café you absolutely have to stop by when you are in Sinbu-dong.

This is inside Brewers Coffee. I loved the stylish, polished atmosphere! The props and little details arranged throughout were lovely. It is such a famous hot-spot café in Sinbu-dong that there were still quite a few people when I went on a Sunday eveningㅠㅠ It seemed like there are almost no seats at weekend lunchtime.
Where should you park?

Sinbu No. 4 Public Parking Lot is right next to Brewers Coffee. The first 30 minutes are free! After that, it is ₩200 per 10 minutes, rising to ₩300 per 10 minutes after two hours; a daily pass is ₩10,000 for 24 hours. It is quite affordable, probably because it is a public lot.
Plenty of drinks even if you do not drink coffee

There is a wide selection of drinks! Honestly, because I do not drink coffee, I sometimes feel a little stuck whenever I go to a caféㅠㅠ But at Brewers Coffee, coffee lovers and non-coffee drinkers like me can both visit comfortably! From the signature Brewers Coffee and 041 Coffee to assorted lattes, ades, and teas, the drink lineup was wonderfully full.

Baked treats that can sell out by evening
Can you see the desserts, the highlight of Brewers Coffee? Having only a drink here would be such a shame.... I really, really, really hope you try at least one baked dessert! There are many kinds available, but since I went in the evening, a few items were sold outㅠㅠ

From financiers to canelés, madeleines, and flans, they look mouthwatering even at a glance.... And isn’t it so kind that most items, apart from the flan, are in the ₩3,000 range?
Gift wrapping that is great for thank-you presents

Brewers Coffee is so well known for desserts that people often buy them as thank-you gifts or presents. My boyfriend received one as a gift once, and I remember being jealous because the box was so luxurious. Choose the desserts you want and add just ₩2,000, and they provide both a box and paper bag, so keep that in mind if you are planning to give dessert as a gift!
You can take four-cut photos at the café, too

Wait, Brewers Coffee has a four-cut photo booth now....? It looked perfect for making a keepsake when you visit with friends or on a date. Taking a shot while waiting for a table or for your takeaway order would be just right!
Flat peach iced tea and takeaway desserts

Since these were for me, I did not get separate gift wrapping and took them away. The dedicated takeaway bag and cup holder have the Brewers logo printed on them, and the clean black design was nice to carry around. The flat peach iced tea (₩6,000) plus assorted desserts came to about ₩24,000. In this era of high prices, I was so touched that I could buy this many desserts for around ₩20,000❤️
For anyone like me who does not drink much coffee, I recommend the flat peach iced tea! You can get it as regular iced tea or sparkling, and I chose sparkling. The sweet iced tea with popping fizz is an incredible combination. It is perfect with dessert.

How did the five takeaway desserts taste?
The most important part: dessert!! I came home excitedly and arranged everything prettily on plates. Aren’t they absolutely luminous? The visuals alone make it immediately clear why this is considered a top-tier Cheonan spot for baked treats. From the left: vanilla flan, vanilla canelé, almond chocolate madeleine, lemon madeleine, and butter rice-cake financier.

Brewers Coffee’s desserts are flavorful across the board. Those who have tried them will know: one bite makes you go, “Wow~,” because the flavor is so goodㅠㅠ The canelé was moist inside with a soft, fluffy feel. The flan was a little like an egg tart, but it was so delicious because it was generously filled inside. The madeleines were moist rather than dry, and I especially loved how well the bright lemon flavor suited the madeleine. The butter rice-cake financier had a rich buttery aroma like butter tteok (rice cake), so it would be a can’t-miss choice for anyone who loves butter tteok.
The lemon madeleine, canelé, and vanilla flan were my three favorites. Honestly, every dessert was delicious, so I think you can simply choose what suits your taste. As someone who visited Brewers Coffee even before it moved, I highly recommend it if you are looking for dependable coffee and life-changing desserts in Cheonan’s Sinbu-dong! Dessert lovers, please make sure to stop by ❤️
