How to find Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch in Terra Tower A
Why do all the reviews just talk about the poke and never actually tell you how to get there? So I mapped it out myself, ugh, haha.

Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch sits in the very back unit line of Terra Tower Building A — past the 110s line, past the 160s line, and into the 180s line, at the far end from the station (just before Building A's elevator).

It's located right behind Building A's elevator.

Why poke is an easy, healthy meal in Munjeong
If you're looking for a simple yet healthy meal in Munjeong, poke is a pretty good option. Especially on nights when you're working late and it's hard to squeeze in a proper meal, a place like Olla Poke that offers takeout or delivery lets you eat without adding much extra time.

Best of all, even with these custom add-ons, you can eat for about ₩10,000 per person. Olla Poke Munjeong focuses on poke and salad, offering several protein options including smoked duck poke and chicken breast poke.

Salad-to-oat-rice ratio and chickpea topping at Olla Poke
I liked that you can basically choose your salad-to-oat-rice ratio. Oat rice gives you fiber plus a reasonable amount of carbs, more than plain white rice would. The toppings aren't just meat or fish either — ingredients like chickpeas are mixed in too, adding plant-based protein, which I appreciated.

Fresh toppings: onion, pineapple and more
Personally, I think the little fresh ingredients scattered through a poke bowl are secretly important. Things like onion and canned pineapple keep things from feeling too heavy as you work through the vegetables, rice, and protein. This is especially true when you've added a rich-flavored protein like smoked duck — the fresh bits reset your palate along the way.

The two custom poke bowls we ordered
This time I ordered two custom poke bowls. The first was a salad 7 : rice 3 ratio with yuzu soy sauce and sriracha mayo, plus 50g of smoked duck. The second was also salad 7 : rice 3, with yuzu soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, plus 40g of chicken breast. Beyond the standard poke base, Olla Poke lets you swap in salad, brown rice, or buckwheat noodles, and choose your own sauces and toppings — great for building whatever you're craving that day.

Why choose Olla Poke over other salad shops in Munjeong
Personally, this kind of setup is exactly why I prefer Olla Poke over other salad places. Unlike a salad that's all vegetables, being able to add rice means you don't feel as hungry afterward when eating it as a meal. Going with a salad 7 to rice 3 ratio like this time, you get plenty of vegetables while still keeping some carbs in the meal.

Lunch and overtime dinners near Munjeong Station
Munjeong has a lot of office workers, so figuring out dinner during overtime can be as tricky as lunch. In those moments, grabbing a poke bowl for takeout or delivery and eating quickly before getting back to work is a solid option. Better to eat something healthy than reach for something bad for you just because it's convenient.
Rather than just eating plain salad, you can add a reasonable amount of rice and protein and adjust the sauces and toppings exactly how you want — which is why Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch works well for a Munjeong Station office lunch or an overtime dinner.
