Today my younger sister took a day off and we went on a little Seongsu outing ~~ one of the perks of living close to Seongsu!! While debating where to eat lunch in Seongsu, I finally visited Seongsu Darak, a restaurant with a famous wait that I'd wanted to try for a while.
Seongsu Darak is on the 2nd floor, and the frame-like thing on the wall is actually the door ~~
No parking support. There are 3 paid parking lots nearby.

There's no Catch Table or Table Ring — only in-person line waiting!! I arrived around noon on a weekday, and about 3 parties were already waiting; I got in after about 10-15 minutes.

Darak omelet rice
The omelet rice — Seongsu Darak's signature and representative dish. Honestly I agonized between pasta and omelet rice, but ended up picking omelet rice because I wanted rice. It comes with a fluffy omelet laid over demi-glace sauce.
The staff came over and sliced it open for us — can you see how soft it is!!!!
The sauce is surprisingly spicy, so it wasn't greasy at all, and eating the fried rice inside mixed with the meat and vegetables was fun. The egg had no fishy smell either, and I enjoyed every bite all the way through without getting tired of it.
Signature pork neck steak
The pork neck steak — totally recommend!!! The meat wasn't tough at all, softer than I expected. It comes with mashed potatoes too, and the combo was 👍🏻
The garnish was grilled just right and easy to eat, so this was a dish I ate with full satisfaction.
Would I go back?
An already very famous Seongsu brunch restaurant. Seongsu Darak draws lots of foreign tourists too, and is known as a great spot for dates and blind dates. Both the omelet rice and pork neck steak were so delicious that next time I plan to revisit for the beef brisket perilla oil pasta I didn't get to try.
