Beomgye Anyang steak dinner with chuck flap and highball: Two Find
In short
Two Find Peter Beomgye Branch is a Western-style restaurant about 300m from Exit 3 of Beomgye Station, on the 5th floor of Park Avenue L in Anyang, Gyeonggi. Visiting on a weekday at 6pm, the writer ordered chuck flap steak (medium), Caesar salad and a signature highball, served with four sauces and grilled garnish. The combination was good enough to finish even without much appetite — a place worth returning to for the pasta and gnocchi.

Fall seems to be here, and my appetite is rising right along with it—
The weather was nice, so I went for a walk in Pyeongchon Central Park, and while thinking about dinner I remembered a place famous for pasta near Beomgye that I'd been wanting to try. Worried a wait might form if I got there late, I hurried over to arrive right at 6pm.

Getting to Two Find Peter from Beomgye Station
Two Find Peter is located about 300 meters from Exit 3 of Beomgye Station, on the 5th floor of the building.

Seats and waiting at 6pm on a weekday
Two Find Peter is open from 11am to 10pm, with a break time from 3pm to 5pm Monday through Friday. I visited at 6pm on a weekday, and more than half the seats were already full... this really is a well-known pasta spot near Beomgye. I knew it was popular, but I didn't expect people to show up this early — felt like a wait would start forming by 7pm.

With guests already filling up most spots, I mainly photographed the empty areas. The overall low lighting gives it an atmospheric feel, which probably explains the popularity.

Looking at the tables, there were group gatherings, but it seemed like a lot of couples and blind dates too.

There were photos hanging on the wall — cool tones with pretty colors. It felt almost like viewing an exhibition.

The table already had plates, cutlery, a wet towel and napkins set out ;)

Ordering via the tableside kiosk
You order through the kiosk at your table! The menu had a wide variety — pasta, gnocchi, pizza, steak and more, plus plenty of drinks and alcohol. There's wine, there's highball ;)

Why I ordered the chuck flap steak medium
Honestly, this place is famous for its pasta near Beomgye, so I wanted to try that, but neither my friend nor I was very hungry, so we decided to focus on protein and ordered steak instead. There were three types of steak — chicken, chuck flap, and pork neck — and since beef is always good, I picked the chuck flap steak. Medium doneness. You can choose from rare, medium-rare, medium, medium-well, or well-done (marked as R, MR, M, MW, W).
And since we needed vegetables too, I ordered a Caesar salad. Trying to eat healthy while also... lol. Still, can't skip the drinks — ordered one signature highball each.
Bread and pickles before the meal
First, the pre-meal bread came out — morning-bread style with an olive and balsamic sauce, plus prettily plated pickles.

Signature highball
And then two signature highballs arrived right away.

Cheers— let's wet our throats first.

One sip and I was surprised. Stronger alcohol content than expected. Tasted like a whiskey base.
Caesar salad and chuck flap steak plating
And then the Caesar salad and chuck flap steak arrived right away.

The Caesar salad had vegetables tossed in Caesar dressing, topped with mozzarella cheese and croutons.

The chuck flap steak came pre-cut for easy eating, and the garnish was asparagus, mushrooms, garlic and cherry tomatoes, all grilled together.

The four sauces that came with it
Cutely, four sauces came together on the plate: salt / whole mustard / mustard / mayonnaise (+cheongyang chili?).
- Salt
- Whole mustard
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise (+cheongyang chili?)

My friend, thrilled to have steak for the first time in a while, was busy taking proof shots— hahaha

Cleaned the plates, but left with one regret
The salad paired really well with the steak, we agreed! Sipping highballs in between, even though we weren't hungry, we cleared every single dish—
Next time I visit, I want to try the pasta and gnocchi... I'm a gnocchi lover so it's a bit of a shame I couldn't order it this time, haha. Since it's such a well-known pasta spot near Beomgye, the gnocchi's probably delicious too! The steak was great, so ;) let's go again next time!
