I was in Songdo, Incheon, looking for a café with delicious salt bread, and that’s how I ended up at Cafe Cozy Bear (코지베어)!! These days, coffee matters when I go to a café, of course, but I think I find myself seeking out places with great bread too, haha. I especially love salt bread, so it’s the first thing I check at a bakery café haha. This time, I visited Cafe Cozy Bear, a café in Songdo, Incheon haha.
I thought it might be a nice option for anyone looking for a café in Songdo or a place to enjoy delicious salt bread, so here’s my honest review!

When does the salt bread come out?
Since it’s newly opened, the café is running a buy-3-get-1-free salt bread event. So amazing... Run there while it’s on! I bought some right away too, haha.

I visited to get bread to go. Before visiting, though, I found out that Cafe Cozy Bear has specific times when its salt bread comes out!!! It comes out twice a day, at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The taste of salt bread is really all about eating it fresh from the oven, right? I went at the right time too, and it was so nice to get freshly baked salt bread for sure 💛💛

By the time I went, some breads were already sold out. Aww. It seems the popular ones disappear faster than you’d think. So if there’s a bread you really want, I think it’s best to visit a little early rather than too late haha.

The packaging is unbelievably cute haha. I think it would be so good for gifts too 💛💛

Going at 2 p.m. meant I could buy the freshly baked salt bread I wanted right away.

They say they boil domestic red beans themselves. If they have the ang-butter salt bread—salt bread with sweet red bean paste and butter—please do try it!!

These are the drinks. They have decaf coffee, ades, lattes, milk, and lots more!!

They make the salt bread in an open kitchen haha. A Songdo bakery you can trust and enjoy 💛

Write a Naver review and you can get iced tea or coffee!! There’s also a clean restroom in the building and Wi-Fi, for your reference!
Ordering plain salt bread and spicy pollock roe salt bread
What I ordered this time was the salt bread buy-3-get-1-free deal! If you love salt bread, be sure to visit while the event is on haha. I felt it would be a little disappointing to have only the plain salt bread, so I added a spicy pollock roe salt bread too.
Today’s order
- Salt bread ₩3,500
- Spicy pollock roe salt bread ₩5,500

I brought them home in a bag, and the bag was so cute, seriously haha. It looks like something you’d want to give as a gift. Just like its name, Cafe Cozy Bear has adorably styled packaging, so even carrying the wrapped bread home put me in a good mood haha 🐻 The takeaway coffee is super cute too..
Maybe because I visited right when the bread came out, it tasted even better. Salt bread is definitely best eaten warm aww.

They don’t hold back on the butter at all, and normally only the middle part is tasty, but Cafe Cozy Bear’s salt bread was truly delicious all the way through.. Do not buy just one… You’ll want more, so get at least two haha. I finished them in no time.

How the spicy pollock roe salt bread was
The plain salt bread is great too, but anything with spicy pollock roe has its own charm, right~? There was only one left, so I bought it. If you like savory, salty flavors, I think you should try the spicy pollock roe salt bread too!!!
It tastes different from the plain salt bread, so ordering both gave me the fun of choosing between them. Next time, I’m going from the morning to buy a variety haha. Personally, because I love salt bread, I tend to order a plain one plus a different kind, and having them as takeaway made it even better. The cute packaging was memorable too!
For anyone like me looking for a café in Songdo, Incheon, where you can enjoy delicious bread too~ Do visit Cafe Cozy Bear once. I’ll return 100% haha. Especially if you love bakery salt bread in Songdo, Incheon, I recommend going at 9 a.m. or 2 p.m., when the salt bread comes out. You can definitely get freshly baked bread then, so I think salt-bread lovers will enjoy it even more haha.
