An incredible pizza spot in Gwangalli...! I’m not really someone who eats pizza all that often, while my companion definitely is, but we were both literally clapping as we ate,,, How did they even think of making taco pizza? The owner seriously knows food. I love tacos, but they can feel a little not-worth-the-money... so I don’t buy them that often, you know? No more worries now. All I need is Extra Mile’s taco pizza.

I’ve passed along this Gwangalli stretch so many times and had seen the exterior a few times too, but I had no idea. That it was such an incredible Gwangalli restaurant...! It was always busy whenever I walked past, and yes, yes, a thousand times yes. Of course it would be busy!!!! There were lots of international visitors too. But where do international visitors find these places? Lots of them read my Haeundae Haridan-gil café roundup too, which is so fascinating...

Oh, this is a new place?!?! It opened at the end of May! A piping-hot, three-month-old new Gwangalli restaurant it was..!! Anyway, if you’re looking for unusual pizza in Gwangalli, if you love tacos! Try, try Gwangalli Extra Mile. It was seriously delicious. I’ll be back again soon...

Exterior and getting there

About a 9-minute walk from Gwangan Station! We walked over from Millac the Market hahaha. If you walk from there, it’ll take about 20 minutes..? hahaha We both really love walking...

Hahahahaha it was genuinely so fun... I want to go back just to do this. My companion only colored in the sea, which was a little disappointing. T-types aren’t very good at this kind of thing. So fascinating....

Ordering half-and-half pizza and bisque cream pasta

You can do half-and-half pizza! I also loved that there’s no extra charge.

We ordered Hot Honey Pepperoni, Birria Taco Pizza + bisque cream pasta for ₩42,000!

The pizza was really, really delicious. I don’t often say this after eating pizza, but it was truly delicious... Number one among the pizzas I’ve had lately...

The pepperoni was a little spicy and really delicious too, but the taco half!!! It was completely my taste.

If you like tacos, you have to get it... If you don’t like cilantro, it might be a little disappointing though. Couldn’t you ask them to leave out the cilantro?!?! My companion dislikes cilantro... but still said it was delicious!! Next time, I’m going to ask if they can serve the cilantro separately!! Hahaha

The people at the next table had the potato pizza, and that looked delicious too. Extra Mile is seriously a great pizza spot,,,,,

Rich, thick shrimp bisque cream pasta

Shrimp bisque cream pasta! I expected it to be absolutely loaded with cream, but I think it felt more like an oil pasta...?! I love bisque, so I enjoyed it. So savory..!!!

If you like bold, intense flavors, you might find it a little lacking...? But that umami from the bisque was seriously no joke,,, I really enjoyed it. It was thick and luscious like a cream pasta should be, so it was fun to eat too! Next time I think I’ll try the peanut pasta. It’s so unusual that I’m super curious...!!!

The restaurant is quite spacious, there’s something to do while waiting for the food, and the dishes are tasty and unusual!!! If you’re looking for a good Western restaurant in Gwangalli, stop by! Highly recommend it for dates and group get-togethers too~
