Pickles location, hours, and parking

Location: 1st floor, 62-14 Seojeon-ro 46beon-gil, Busanjin-gu, Busan, South Korea
Hours: Daily 11:00-21:00 (last order 20:00)
Parking: Jeonpo Station parking lot, Duwon parking lot, Taeyang private parking, Woongjin parking lot

All the parking lots are close by, but Taeyang seems to be the best one!

Pickles, the go-to pizza spot in Jeonpo, is a 3-minute walk from Exit 7 of Jeonpo Station! The exterior already looks hip 😵‍💫 By the way, the 2nd floor is Upper East Bakery, and you get there via the outside stairs..!! So many people get confused and try to come in through here, so I figured I'd mention it hahaha

Is there a wait even on weekday afternoons?

I went around 3-4pm on a weekday and there was no wait, but there were still quite a lot of customers even at that in-between hour. When I've gone in the evening, I think I almost always had to wait.

Pickles' interior atmosphere and seating

There are a lot of corner-style seats like this one, which would be great for couples 😘 Good atmosphere, good food, a lunch date spot in Seomyeon/Jeonpo… 🫰

The inside of Pickles is clean and warm overall. Kind of gives off a Montauk, American vibe...? Love it.

It's made up of tables for 2 and 4. Reservations are also possible through Catch Table, so if you need one, it'd be convenient to book ahead~!

There are also about two high bar-table seats over this way, but there were customers there so I couldn't get a photo ㅠ.ㅠ This spot is pretty too!! haha

The self-serve bar. There's water, and there's pickles. Pickles' pickles feel somehow fresh. Wait, is that maybe why it's called Pickles…?

Coke, please…🥤 I love places that serve it in an ice-filled glass with lemon. Pizza just has to come with coke, right? Sorry to my beer-loving friends out there.

Potato pizza

Pull that cheese 🍕 Pickles' pizza isn't the kind piled sky-high with cheese, but it's seriously, seriously good. Honestly, it's one of my favorite pizza places… (already super famous, I know haha) Potato felt like a relatively plain option so I never felt drawn to it and never tried it — but this time I finally ordered it and, ah.. it's good.. 💦 The potato chunks are thick and hearty, there's plenty of bacon, honestly I recommend it…

Jambon beurre pizza

If you like jambon, you have to try the jambon beurre!! It might seem like it'd be a bit rich, but the arugula cuts right through that. Both are delicious of course, but since I'm currently obsessed with the potato, I'll recommend that one a bit more for now.

Puttanesca pasta

The puttanesca has a flavor I feel like I haven't really had before, but I kept going back for more… savory + salty, but somehow it feels healthy so you feel less guilty eating it. You know what I mean...// If you especially love olives, you'll really enjoy this one!!!

Sprinkling salt on the crust

And there's salt on every table — sprinkle it on the crust and it's insanely good… I don't know why it's THAT good!!!!!!!!!! It's like a plain but salty flavor, I guess...? Anyway, if you go, definitely try sprinkling some on. You can eat every last bite and it stays delicious. Also, I didn't realize this, but apparently you can add cheese crust too..? I'll have to try the cheese crust next time..📝📝
