24-hour photo studio in Busan: A3 newspaper photos at Jeonpo Times

I visited Movie Photo Book Jeonpo Times, a special spot for a unique date near Busan's Jeonpo café street! Unlike a typical four-cut photo, you can leave with a flip book you flip through yourself and an emotional, newspaper-style photo too. If you're looking for something fun to do in Jeonpo, I really want to recommend this place ❤️

Inside the studio and the free photo props

As soon as I stepped in, the emotional, clean interior caught my eye 🌱 It being 24-hour unmanned was really nice, too — you can just enjoy it comfortably without worrying about anyone watching.

On one side, there's a well-stocked selection of photo props you can use while shooting — headbands, sunglasses, plush hats and more — so it's easy to pick whatever suits your taste. They even have vintage school uniforms, which seem great for concept photos!

Booth 1: A3 newspaper photo for 7,000 won

A3 newspaper photo (2 prints) — ₩7,000. This is Jeonpo Times' signature photo, printed in a big A3 color-newspaper style.

We tried it out too!! It really makes you feel like the main character of a newspaper headline! It's a perfect emotional photo to take with friends, a partner, or family, and it doubles as an English-newspaper-style interior prop.

Booth 2: flip book (moving photo book) for 8,000 won

Flip book (moving photo book) — ₩8,000. This is a small mini photo book made by splitting an 8-second video into individual frames.

How to shoot a flip book at Jeonpo Times

• Decorate the printed photos however you like

Honestly, we're both bad at posing... but with so many props and so many example photos, it was easy to get the hang of it!!! 💗💗

When you flip through the pages, it feels like a video is playing — you two come alive and move right there in the photos! So the more you move around, the better the flip book turns out~! 👥🫂👥🫂

Choosing a cover color and keyring in the decorating zone

What I liked most was that there's a separate decorating zone! ❤️ I honestly wasn't expecting this, but being able to choose the cover color and a keyring, and chatting away while decorating each other's finished photo books, was such a fun little touch — a perfect unique date course 👏

And here's our finished flip book! Since it comes with a cover photo too, it makes the best Busan travel keepsake or unique gift! 🫶

Booth 3: the receipt photo is free

Receipt photo — Free. This is a service photo anyone who visits Jeonpo Times can take for free! It prints out on black-and-white receipt paper with a distinctly vintage, analog feel, and it's so cute to slip into your wallet and carry around!
