Jeonpo steak restaurant in Busan with parking support: Brassway

Today I'm writing about Brassway, an Italian-style brunch spot in Jeonpo, Busan!

Brassway is run by a chef who trained at Le Cordon Bleu, one of the world's three great culinary schools, and worked at a domestic 5-star hotel — it's famous for Italian-inspired western food, so I had to check it out!

Parking at Brassway and the walk from Jeonpo Station

Parking at Brassway is available at the Ssangyong lot (underground, SUV ok) or Gate 688 (tower, no SUV). They support ₩1,000 toward nearby parking, and

it's within a 5-minute walk from Jeonpo Station Exit 7, so accessibility was great.

Brassway already gets a lot of guests coming for wedding invite meetings or anniversaries, and right now if you book through Naver Reservation they're running a small event, so keep that in mind if you're visiting!

Italian and Sicilian interior, and how many seats Brassway has

Even before walking into Brassway, the outside already had a strong foreign vibe,

and the logo printed on the tin pots was so unique and cute 🥘🥘

Once inside Brassway, there's an even prettier space than the outdoor area — the overall interior and decor had this Italian + Sicilian feel that was totally my taste .. ♡

The seating inside Brassway includes 2 four-person tables, 3 two-person tables, 1 three-person table, and 1 outdoor two-person bar table — quite a variety,

and every single seat in the place was pretty, so you'd be happy no matter where you sat.

There's also a high chair in one corner of the restaurant, so it looked great for families too!

Booking Brassway on Naver, then ordering by QR code

I'd booked ahead through Naver, so my table was already set up when I arrived,

and it was nice being able to fully browse the menu on the table menu board before ordering via QR code,

That's how the menu was set up,

and there was a letter in front of the menu board explaining the restaurant, cooking times, and usage info, so I'd recommend reading it while waiting for your food ◡̈

After ordering via QR, the staff brought lemon water and pickles — the colorful, cute little pickles on a small plate were so adorable • •

If you run out of pickles, you can grab more from the self-serve bar!

While waiting for the food, I made a quick trip to the restroom — even that view was gorgeous ₊˚ ⊹ ♡

How was the sous vide flat iron steak 200g (₩34,000)?

So what I ordered at Brassway was the sous vide flat iron steak 200g (₩34,000) and the Downt cold brew (₩5,500),

the sous vide flat iron steak (₩34,000) was a plate of gently cooked flat iron steak with sweet pumpkin puree, roasted vegetables, and Maldon salt — the roasted vegetables were carrots and mushrooms, and the dipping sauce for the meat was Maldon salt and whole grain mustard

I was originally going to order Brassway's signature galbi pasta and small potato fries, but since everyone in the reviews was raving about the steak, I agonized over it and ordered the steak instead — and I'm so glad I did 🥹🤍

I usually prefer meat well done, or at the very least medium well, but because Brassway's steak is sous vide then seared once more, it looks underdone but the moment you take a bite it just melts in your mouth • •

The owner's wine recommendation and the Downt cold brew (₩5,500)

The combination of roasted vegetables and pumpkin puree was so good, and the steak itself was so delicious, that I felt like this called for wine instead of coffee — so I asked the owner for a recommendation,

and the recommended wine was so good I took a photo of the bottle just to remember it hahahahaha

Even though I don't know much about wine, pairing it with the steak made both taste several times better than eating either alone • • I guess this is why everyone drinks wine with steak 🥹🤍

I nearly forgot about it because of the wine, but the Downt cold brew was also really good — and I loved the little touch of the shortened straw for easier drinking.

Is Brassway in Jeonpo worth a second visit?

The overall vibe of the place was great, the interior and decor were totally my taste, and with the delicious steak and wine plus the kind owner, everything about Brassway was pretty much perfect ♡ There are still so many signature dishes I haven't tried, so I want to keep coming back to work through the menu!
