Daegu Western restaurant with parents: seafood tomato pasta, Etrenne

I went to Etrenne, a Western restaurant near Jukjeon Station, with my parents last week 💛 We added pasta to the Signature Set and everything was so good, I fell in love! Definitely coming back 😆

How to drive to Etrenne and where to park

• Search 'Daewoo World Mark West End Mall Parking Entrance' on Naver Maps.
• Park on the 2nd floor of the mall parking lot. (1F > 1F sub-level > 2F)
• After parking, don't take the elevator — head toward the walkway to Building 102 and use the connecting bridge.
• Once on the bridge, walk a short way and you'll hit a fork. Go left. Keep walking until you see stairs going down to the 1st floor. Take those stairs down.

What the three of us ordered

Signature Set ₩77,000 / Seafood Tomato Pasta ₩17,000. The Signature Set comes with bread, salad, cream tenderloin steak, half-and-half lasagna, cola, and sangria (or Bundaberg). * Ordering the set was ₩10,000 cheaper than à la carte!

I picked Bundaberg as the set drink. It was refreshing and delicious 🥰

House salad and garlic bread

The house salad has fresh vegetables, olives, and cherry tomatoes. The dressing had a whole-grain mustard taste. A salad that gets your appetite going 😋

Garlic bread. Freshly baked, warm, crispy outside and soft inside. The garlic sauce spread evenly on top was sweet and delicious!

Half-and-half lasagna: the potato half was my pick

The half-and-half lasagna lets you enjoy two flavors at once, potato and classic.

Classic lasagna: a traditional Italian rolled lasagna full of rich ragu and béchamel sauce flavor / Potato lasagna: a light rolled lasagna combining soft mashed potato, tomato sauce, and cheese

It went really well with the sweet-and-sour tomato sauce underneath 😋 Make sure to eat it with the sauce! I thought the potato lasagna was the tastier one. Next time I'll get a whole plate of just potato 💛

Is the seafood tomato pasta worth adding?

The seafood tomato pasta is packed with fresh seafood — a tomato pasta anyone would like.

So much seafood in here 🧡 Plump squid, big shrimp, clams, and arugula that pairs so well with tomato pasta. The shrimp had great bounce! The seafood was fresh, which I loved 🌊

Cream tenderloin steak cooked medium rare

The cream tenderloin steak (chilled Hanwoo tenderloin) pairs a spicy cream sauce with tender, soft steak. Using fresh chilled beef means the steak was full of juice.

I ordered it medium rare. Crispy on the outside, soft inside. The cream sauce was truly. so. good 🤍 Savory, salty, spicy cream sauce with onion adding a sweetness! So much flavor! The tenderloin steak, and even the baguette that came with it, dipped in the cream sauce — heavenly ✨
