What kind of café is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch?

Now that the heat is finally breaking a bit, I find myself craving outdoor tables and terrace cafés more than ever. Here's my review of Brewers Coffee, the famous baked goods and coffee spot right in the middle of the Sinbu-dong food alley in Cheonan. The biggest upside first: there's a terrace with great vibes and even better photos ♥

Weekend waiting times and the terrace seats

On weekends, the place is usually fully seated past 12:30 PM. That said, the turnover is fairly quick! You can register at the waiting machine in front of the store, or grab a terrace seat instead.

There are photos of staff members posted at the entrance. I think when employees are happy and working in a well-supported environment, that warmth genuinely comes through to customers too ♥ So yeah, I just wanted to say I think photos like these are a really nice touch!

They also have merch, bottled water, and coffee beans on display, and the restroom is to the left of this display shelf.

Drink menu and non-coffee options at Brewers Coffee

A clean, easy-to-read drink menu — and beyond coffee, they have a wide range of non-coffee options too, which is a plus. The non-coffee drinks are also high quality enough that you won't feel like you wasted your money, like the flat peach iced tea or raspberry milk.

Brewers' signature baked goods — since I'd already eaten a meal before coming, I just kept it simple and ordered two this time!

What does the 041 coffee taste like?

The 041 coffee is basically the coffee version of their fancy walnut latte — walnut milk and espresso shots harmonize so well you can drink it straight down without even stirring.

It felt like the portion was a bit bigger than the last time I had it, which made me happy!

What does the salted caramel financier taste like?

Year after year, the salted caramel financier remains my favorite. Crisp on the outside, moist on the inside, and packed with that sweet-and-salty charm — it's addictively good in a way that pulls you a bit away from the vague notion that dessert = sweet.

Why I've been back to Brewers Coffee more than 60 times

Before I knew it, I'd visited Brewers Coffee more than 60 times. I like dropping by whenever the craving hits, so I'm leaving today's visit as a record! By the way, they also run a Buldang branch, so if you live near Buldang-dong, I recommend checking that one out too 🫧
