The brutally hot summer is finally over and it feels like fall has arrived, with cool breezes morning and evening these days! It's still a bit hot at midday though lol, so it's the perfect season for iced americanos^^^^

Where is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, and where do you park?

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a baked-goods dessert café on Meokgeori 9-gil in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan. There's a public parking lot right next door, so it's convenient if you're driving!!

Had lunch around Sinbu-dong, then straight to coffee and dessert, go go. Ahh, this is the taste~^-^!! Honestly there are tons of good restaurants and pretty cafés in Sinbu-dong, but this is the place with truly delicious baked goods — Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch. Check the map for the location.

Maybe because it's not super cool yet, there were no customers on the terrace this time lol. It'll probably be packed again by next week!?!? ^^

I want to be coffee-knowledgeable... but I'm coffee-clueless, so it's always iced americano ;; someone please teach me about bean flavors lol

How long was the order line, and what are the seats like?

Inside Brewers Coffee, seating is only window seats, so this time I ordered takeout. Luckily I was the only one in the order line, so I could take my time picking desserts.

Last time the line was long when I ordered so I picked desserts in a rush, but this time luckily lol, everyone else had already ordered and was eating, and I was the only one in line lol. Could pick desserts slowly hahahaha. But since the only indoor seats are window seats, I agonized and went with takeout instead ^^

I ordered takeout, and then magically a seat opened up ...0.0?? But takeout it is, go go. The lineup of baked goods at this Sinbu-dong café Brewers Coffee is just too delicious!!!

Takeout packaging and how the iced americano tasted

Brewers Coffee wraps each baked treat individually before bagging them, so it's so nice to pull each one out separately. The iced americano was well-balanced with just the right acidity and dark roast — always satisfying ^^

The five desserts I ordered this time ^^ Somehow I ended up all choco-choco and even Nunettine.. picked nothing but sweet stuff lol;; why didn't I get the Dubai one????????? 0.0 that one's delicious here too lol. Forget trends — if it's good, it's good.

Five baked treats, each cut in half to share

Since we made the trip to this Sinbu-dong café Brewers, it's time to sample everything lolol. Dessert after a meal is a must must!! To share a bit of everything with my husband, I very precisely cut each one exactly in half ^^^^^^^^

My favorite, vanilla canelé. I tend to prefer baked treats with this kind of plain, simple flavor lol

Salted choco financier

Salted choco financier. This one's also a basic base with a light choco coating, so it's not too sweet and has a nice chewy texture!! There was also a Dubai chocolate financier next to it — why didn't I pick that one???????? Recommend the Dubai one too lol lol. Forget trends. Anyway. Delicious!!

Nunettine financier. A taste that makes you wonder if they're allowed to sell it this cheap! Goes perfectly with iced americano, so it's today's pick, the number one lol

Would I go back to Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong?

Among Cheonan cafés, this Sinbu-dong spot Brewers Coffee has truly delicious baked-goods desserts ^^ Great for gifting too, and now that the weather's cooler, buying a bunch of chocolate ones feels guilt-free lol. Planning to go back again for iced americano and financiers ^^
