Hanmaeum Butcher Restaurant Uijeongbu Gosan District Branch has a dedicated kids' room. Parents, scream with me!!!! Having a separate kids' room makes it so much easier to eat comfortably.

Game machines and claw machines that mesmerize the kids, a slide and other play facilities. It was decorated cleanly and nicely.

The Gosan District branch is very clean and spacious, so it's great for gatherings, work dinners or family meals. There are also separate private rooms, so if you want a quiet meal, you can dine privately.

The place is big and clean, and I immediately thought this would be a great spot for a work dinner. The food quality is guaranteed here, and my coworkers would definitely compliment it. I should bring the team here soon.

Today I brought a friend who came from far away, wanting to feed them well. Half pig: ₩38,000.

The meat at Hanmaeum's Gosan branch really shines, doesn't it? They sliced the meat right as we ordered. It's a butcher restaurant known for freshness, so the quality is really good.

Got a window seat. Being on the 3rd floor, the view was really nice. Eating is fun, but looking out the window while eating was pure healing. It had been a while since I'd seen my friend, and the wide table spacing was perfect for catching up. We fell into a storm of chatting for ages, haha.

Whoa, look at that spread. I only ordered meat, but a whole feast came out. Turnover is good too, so all the vegetables were fresh!

Today's order was the aged half-pig set for ₩38,000 — pork belly, five-layer pork belly, pork neck and pork shoulder blade, 500g total.

The self-serve geotjeori kimchi bar and side dishes

The best part is the fresh kimchi (geotjeori) — you add seasoning yourself at the self-serve bar and can make as much as you want. Freshly made fresh kimchi is love ❤️

This place is really worth visiting — the basic side dishes come out neat and well-arranged. The table setting is very tidy.

A cool mukchapan (chilled acorn jelly soup) also came out — it was late-season heat that day so it was hot, and the broth was a lifesaver. With floating shaved ice, it cooled me down to the core.

Fresh kimchi. It had been so long since I had freshly made kimchi, I kept wrapping it around the meat 👏

Onion, mushroom and rice cake given to grill alongside the meat.

The set included pork neck, pork shoulder blade and pork belly, so I got to try a variety of cuts — I really liked that part.

Unlimited doenjang jjigae and free rice refills

Unlimited stew — how could I not become a regular, owner? Bubbling away, it tasted exactly like my grandma's cooking!! I ordered a bowl of rice, finished it quickly, and asked for a refill, which they kindly brought over.

Gabrisal with baek-kimchi and myeolchijeot dipping sauce

Pork shoulder blade. It was so fresh, with a chewy texture and such a great mouthfeel, no odor at all — it was so delicious...

Piled the shredded scallions they gave us on top, and yum.

Eating the meat with baek-kimchi (white kimchi) on top — this combo is insane. Definitely put baek-kimchi on your meat!!!

The taste of meat dipped in myeoljeot (fermented anchovy sauce) — need I say more...

King oyster mushrooms grilled in the fat were so nutty. Dipped in salt on top, it was perfect.

The basic side dishes came out so well I didn't know what to eat first, haha. Wrapped in ssammu (pickled radish wrap) and it just makes you clap.

The meat was so good it just melts, melts away.

Eating it with well-grilled onions brought out a sweetness, and paired with the peppers they gave us, it was such a great combo. The side dishes were so good that eating them in different combinations never got boring.

Even the after-meal coffee vending machine was perfect. With a neat table setting and a spacious, comfortable restaurant, there's no better place for a family meal. On top of that, the play facilities make it easy to bring kids, and moms deserve to eat comfortably too! It's dog-friendly as well, so how could you not become a regular? A very satisfying meal at this Gosan-dong restaurant.
