Suwon pizza restaurant, trying avocado kimchi fried rice: Low Five
In short
Low Five is an Italian restaurant in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, set inside a renovated house that serves pizza, pasta, and even kimchi fried rice. On this fifth visit, the writer ordered the usual corn pizza and the daily-limited classic lasagna alongside avocado kimchi fried rice for the first time, and the egg scramble and avocado mellowed the spicy fried rice better than expected. Corn pizza remains a must-order at Low Five, and avocado kimchi fried rice is now a combo worth ordering without hesitation.

Today I went with a friend to Low Five, a pizza restaurant I love in Haenggung-dong, Suwon 🤗 Low Five is a Haenggung-dong pizza spot I visit so often that I'll go out of my way whenever I'm craving corn pizza! There are plenty of good pizza places in Haenggung-dong, but this is the one I keep coming back to whenever corn pizza crosses my mind 🍕
Since I've been here so many times, today I'll cover everything from the recommended menu to parking and waiting info! Let's get into my honest review of Low Five, a Haenggung-dong pizza restaurant I truly love ✨️

✔️ Parking tip — there's no dedicated lot for the restaurant, but there are plenty of public parking lots nearby, so don't worry about parking haha

How long is the weekday lunch wait?
✔️ Waiting — I visited around 12:30pm on a weekday and there were about 2 parties waiting! Not long after I got in, quite a few seats opened up.

There's a spot near the entrance where you can wait too 🪑
An interior full of atmosphere

Low Five, this Haenggung-dong pizza spot in Suwon, is apparently built out of a renovated house.

There are seats with all kinds of different vibes, but the window seats overlooking the lush green trees and Haenggung-dong really caught my eye 👀
Corn pizza 🌽 is a must

Low Five, this Haenggung-dong pizza spot in Suwon, unusually also sells kimchi fried rice alongside pizza and pasta!

Their signature menu items are corn pizza and classic lasagna.

This time I also ordered the avocado kimchi fried rice, which I'd never tried before!

+ After ordering, I'd recommend grabbing the parmesan cheese powder and Tabasco hot sauce from the self-serve bar!

Corn pizza
✔️ Corn pizza — first up is my best menu item 👍 at Low Five, this Haenggung-dong pizza spot: the corn pizza.

It's a pizza 🍕 topped with white truffle cream, bacon, chili shrimp, butter seasoning, and grilled corn. I've visited Low Five about 5 times now, and it's so good that I've ordered it every single time.

If you ask why it's so good... there are so many reasons, but to sum it up:
- The creamy taste of the white truffle sauce
- The nutty flavor of the grilled corn
- The spiciness of the chili shrimp
- The saltiness of the bacon
- The chewiness of the thin dough
None of it is too much or too little — it's a perfect balance. But there's one thing to watch out for with this pizza. When it first comes out, it's really really really x1000 hot, so make sure to let it cool!!!!

Classic lasagna
✔️ Classic lasagna — the classic lasagna that's sold in limited quantity each day!

Ragu sauce, noodles, and cheese stacked in layers make for a really rich flavor... the staff mentioned they'll reheat it if it cools down midway!

Drizzling on some Tabasco is also a treat 🌟 (purely my personal taste)

Avocado kimchi fried rice
✔️ Avocado kimchi fried rice — honestly, I ordered this avocado kimchi fried rice without much expectation. But when the dish came out, the look of it was no joke...

Eating the fluffy egg scramble and avocado together with the kimchi fried rice, the egg scramble and avocado mellowed out the salty, spicy flavor of the fried rice — it worked together so harmoniously 🌟

It's also delicious topped with the lasagna's ragu sauce 🤤

Wrapping up my fifth visit
Low Five, this Haenggung-dong pizza spot in Suwon, is a place I've now visited about 5 times because I personally love it so much 😊 The corn pizza I've ordered every single visit was, once again, my favorite this time too 🌽🍕 The avocado kimchi fried rice I tried for the first time was also better than expected, so I think I'll be ordering it alongside the pizza without hesitation from now on!
In particular, Low Five has such a wide range of menu options beyond pizza — classic lasagna, kimchi fried rice — that it's great for a group to share a variety of dishes. If you're looking for a good pizza place in Haenggung-dong, I highly recommend Low Five, a Suwon pizza restaurant in Haenggung-dong I've revisited many times 🍕💛
