Crab & shrimp bagel and Big Bird Sparkling at Orange Bagel, Suwon

It kind of looks like I traveled abroad for bagels and coffee 🧚‍♀️ but this is actually a bagel-and-coffee spot right by Gosaek Station in Suwon!! Here's my review of Orange Bagel 🍊🥯🧡

15 minutes on foot from Gosaek Station, a big brick café

Weather was gorgeous hahaha, so I walked about 15 minutes from Gosaek Station Exit 2 like a little stroll, and Orange Bagel's brick building really caught my eye — I'd recommend it as a place to visit in Gyeonggi-do!! The café is huge, true to Suwon's big-café scale, and the cute dog-eating-a-bagel mascot stands out too 🥯🐕‍🦺🍊

Orange Bagel isn't just a spacious café — the parking lot is huge too, so it's great if you're driving!

So many kinds of bagels

The moment you walk in, your eyes go wide at all the different bagels ,, 🐷🥨🥨 No wonder Orange Bagel's bagels are so chewy and delicious — apparently they use a special ratio of flour that's high in protein and full of flavor 💗

There are seriously~ so many bagel varieties that I'm just going to drop a video here. They're all so pretty and appetizing, and there's this much of them!!! (Makes me want to try them all right now)

If you buy 4 bagels, they'll pack them into an adorable box! Great for gifting or for bringing home to enjoy 💛🧡

Beyond the room-temperature bagels displayed above, there's also a chilled case of bagels! At this point I officially declare the owner of Orange Bagel a bagel PhD ,, 🥹👍🏻🧡

Orange-flavored drinks, and a note about the oven

Drinks and coffee are a must alongside bagels! This is exactly why the shop is named Orange — there are so many coffees and drinks with orange in them!!! Orange Bagel is a Suwon brunch café that's serious about orange and bagels 🍊🥯💛🧡

If you want your bagel a little warmer, there's an oven off to the side where you can pop it in for a quick heat.

• Bagels not to put in the oven: butter, chocolate, cream, jambon-beurre, salmon
• Check which bagels are off-limits and any precautions before using it, safety first hahaha 🤓✔️

They also sell all kinds of goods and items besides bagels and drinks hahaha. There was a stamp sample so of course I had to try it out hehe ✅

2nd-floor window seats and photo zone

After ordering, I headed up the stairs ☁️ Orange Bagel goes up to 3 floors, and since the buzzer apparently doesn't ring on the 3rd floor, I picked up my bagel and drink first before heading up ,, 🧚‍♀️

Wide floor-to-ceiling windows and indoor terrace seating! Enjoying a bagel and drink while gazing at the sky — the perfect healing view, right? 🩵

Being a big café, the 2nd floor has tons of seats with different moods and concepts. Every seat has a different atmosphere, so I kept exploring around 🤪👍🏻 + also took some photos at the photo zone TV 📸🩶

I wonder if there's an artist on the Orange Bagel staff,,? Lolol ㅠ I thought it was a photo but it's actually a hand-drawn frame introducing the signature bagel, along with a bagel illustration 🥯💛💛

What I ordered and the prices

The weather and sunlight were so nice I took a photo with the menu 🩵💛🍊🥯 ㅠ The best!!

Laugen butter bagel

First up, the laugen bagel review!! Thick, already-fragrant butter — can you see it 🧈 Butter, salt, and the bagel's chewiness — an unbeatable combo. 💛

I sliced it carefully to show the cross-section — dense dough packed all the way through, and that soft, nutty butter-and-salt pairing with a hint of cheese flavor was so good. Orange Bagel's laugen butter bagel 🤭💛🧈👍🏻

Crab & shrimp bagel

Next up is the crab and shrimp bagel! Those plump, chunky shrimp just grab your attention. Picked it up right away lolol 🍤🍤🍤

Inside, the shrimp and crab meat blend harmoniously with cheese and a mix of seasonings, and the shrimp especially kept giving that great chewy bite ,, ❤️‍🔥 Packed full of filling inside too!!

Big Bird Sparkling

This is the Big Bird Sparkling hahaha. My mom wanted something carbonated so I ordered it! (Next time I'll try the orange latte. ✍🏻) Big Bird Sparkling is refreshing, exactly like a soda-lemon-cider version of Ppoppo ice cream!! 🍋🩵

And of course, can't skip the spacious, clean restroom inside. After looking around, headed up to the 3rd floor 💨💨

3rd-floor terrace seating

Ta-daaa!!!!!! The 3rd floor spreads out into a wide terrace where you feel like you're right up close to the sky!! It matches so well with the brick of the Orange Bagel building 🍊☁️🩵🧡 Once the midday sun softens a bit, I want to come back and enjoy a bagel and coffee on the terrace like a little picnic 🐷🤍🤍
