Why the raspberry endive salad is TOP

If a plain salad is just coffee, the raspberry endive salad is the TOP...

The real charm of the raspberry endive salad is the burst of color spread across a single plate. Bright red raspberries, golden peach, white endive, and pink-tinted Greek yogurt come together, and just looking at it wakes your appetite right up.

The first bite hits with a sweet-tart pop of raspberry, followed by the smooth, creamy Greek yogurt, and then the sweet, juicy flavor of the peach fills your mouth.

On top of that comes the crunchy texture and slightly bitter edge of the endive, which is the kicker — this salad isn't just sweet.

Add a bite of the thinly sliced jamón and the salty umami hits hard. Between the refreshing fruit and the nutty yogurt, the jamón really holds the center together.

Slurp... does anyone know a good raspberry endive salad spot in my neighborhood?

PreView

Dear readers of the Travel Encyclopedia, do you like raspberry endive salad? I'm also a big fan of the roasted baechu bacon salad. Let me go give it a try.

1st Taste — self-serve water with a splash of lemon

Water's self-serve. And there's a splash of lemon juice in it!

2nd Taste — a plate of five colors

Pile appetizing peach and endive over raspberry Greek yogurt, then top it off with salty jamón rolled into a flower shape — and there you have it, the raspberry endive salad! A single salad, and you get to enjoy all five colors in one meal.

3rd Taste — raspberry matcha latte

Plenty of sweet raspberry! Shake it up with smooth milk, ice, and bitter matcha, and you get the raspberry matcha latte.

4th Menu — oven-roasted baechu bacon salad

A forkful of roasted baechu

You've only ever eaten baechu (young napa cabbage) at kimchi-making time? You'll find out fresh-oven-roasted baechu can be tastier than meat. Pair the salty aioli sauce and crispy bacon with the just-roasted baechu, and what do you get?! A healthy salad that's also a delicious plate of brunch!

5th Menu — spicier than it looks

Pickles served alongside the salad plate

Whoa, it's spicier than it looks! Pickles calm down the richness~!

6th Menu — one bite of jamón, one bite of peach

A bite of jamón with Greek yogurt, a bite of peach, a bite of endive... nom nom nom!! Baekhyeon-dong brunch approved? Yep, approved!

7th Menu

Care for a bite of baechu topped with bacon?

8th Menu

A sweet raspberry, slurped right up!!

Before & After — proof of an empty plate

So goooood!

I was taught that proof of a good restaurant is an empty plate!!
