Jamsil lash salon for sparse lashes: flat C-curl 9–10mm at Rose Lash

If you get eyelash extensions regularly, you'll know the struggle — finding a salon that both suits your eye shape and actually lasts is basically finding a needle in a haystack. My lashes are thin and sparse, so extensions would fall out or my eyes would get tired not long after, and I'd been wandering from salon to salon like a lash nomad. This time I finally settled at Rose Lash, known around Jamsil for doing great lash extensions, so here's my review :) Let me share how the natural flat-lash extensions turned out!

Rose Lash is a 7-minute walk from Exit 2 of Jamsilsaenae Station. There's no dedicated parking lot, so please use a nearby paid public lot!

Head into the building with Baekeok Coffee — it's on the 5th floor~!

What the Rose Lash salon looks like inside

Right at the entrance there were slippers to change into.

With its clean, emotional interior blending white and pastel tones throughout, it honestly felt like I'd walked into a café.

The soft scent and calming music made it feel healing even before the treatment started.

The treatment area also had wide spacing between beds and was kept very clean, which made me feel even more at ease.

Why Rose Lash recommended flat lashes for thin, sparse lashes

Before the treatment began, I had a detailed one-on-one consultation with the director. She carefully checked my natural lash condition, eye shape, usual makeup style, and even the mood I wanted.

I told her I usually like a natural yet defined look, but that my lashes are weak, so heavy extensions tend to droop or fall out quickly ㅠㅠ. She studied my eyes carefully and strongly recommended flat lashes! Flat lashes are great for anyone who wants natural but defined eyes :) I could feel her pride and expertise throughout the consultation, which made me trust her completely with my eyes, haha.

Is flat-lash extension comfortable? Stinging and gritty feeling

The moment I lay on the bed and got covered with a blanket, the warm, cozy feeling made my eyes close on their own, haha. Once the extension work started, I could immediately tell how delicate her touch was. At salons with less skill, you often get stinging eyes from the glue smell or discomfort from the tugging on your lashes, right? But with the director at Rose Lash, I had zero stinging or foreign-body feeling the entire time. Her touch was so gentle that I ended up falling into a deep sleep partway through, haha.

And this is how they turned out!!!!!! Genuinely doll-like eyes..🥺🤍 The moment I looked in the mirror after the treatment, I let out an involuntary gasp ㅠㅠ My flat, weak lashes were now lifted up beautifully, with every single strand perfectly groomed!

The clear look of the C-curl made my eyes look so much brighter and more open, and with the 9–10mm mixed in nicely, the lashes got naturally longer toward the outer corners, making my eyes look much longer too — I loved that effect so much, haha. But what I was most satisfied with was the natural definition. I love it so much ㅠㅠ

Even bare-faced, it looks natural and pretty, and I've been getting so many compliments lately about looking more lively ㅠㅠ I never expected lashes alone could change so much... Such a satisfying visit~!
