I got a lash lift a month ago, but after a month it started getting messy and loosening up. This time I heard there was a great lash lift place in the Suseong area, so I went to check it out! Here's my honest review after getting the lift done 😊

Right as you walk in there's a consultation table, and after a brief chat you head into the treatment room.

The director has an impressive list of awards on display — I guess that means she really knows her stuff!? Let's head in for the actual treatment review.

Before the lash lift: straight lashes and a month-old curl gone uneven

Before going to Saero Beauty, my lashes were in a state where the month-old lift had loosened — one side drooping, the other still curled up. My lashes are naturally straight, which makes them a bit tricky to lift.

A month after the lift, it had gotten really messy. One side drooping, one side curled up, totally uneven. And if you look closely, some lashes had even fallen out. So — time for a redo!!

You can see it's a bit messy even from the side, right? I asked the director to curl my lashes up as tight as possible. Because my lashes are so straight, I need that extra-tight lift. Everyone's eyes need a different kind of lift, so it's best to decide based on your own experience and a consultation. Even from the side you can see the uneven mix of curled-up and drooping lashes, ugh.

After the lash lift: straight lashes curled tight in one hour

The lash lift at Saero Beauty took about an hour to finish. Even with short and sparse lashes, none of it showed at all.

After about an hour, the lift was finally done!! Amazing. I usually have some short lashes and some missing ones, so sometimes the result isn't that pretty, but this time — maybe because the director is so skilled — none of that showed at all and it turned out gorgeous.

I gasped the moment I saw it. It came out exactly the tight, lifted style I wanted, and it looked so pretty!?

It came out exactly matching the look I was going for, which made me even more satisfied. Isn't the director's touch just magic hands? With a lash lift, you don't even need an eyelash curler, and it looks great even after doing makeup — so satisfying. A lift is basically a must for women, don't you think?

I officially declare this a must-visit spot for lash lifts!!

She's great at lash lifts, but apparently her main specialty is actually lash extensions. Now I'm curious just how good her extensions must be. I'll have to go back and try extensions next time haha
