Swapping raw onion for grilled onion definitely added that signature sweet, caramelized flavor, and it paired really well with the burger

Chilli mozzarella cheese bar: spicier than expected

The chilli mozzarella cheese bar is ₩3,700, a side I added out of curiosity. The mozzarella cheese stretched wonderfully, which made it fun to eat haha

It was way spicier than I expected! You can definitely feel the chilli's kick, so overall it's a side that wakes up your palate with heat. Eating just burger and fries could get one-note, but adding in the chilli mozzarella cheese bar every so often brought a spicy punch that worked really well with the rest
