I went to Paju Lotte Outlet and started craving something cold and sweet, so I looked around and found a place nearby serving bingsu piled high with fresh fruit. That place is Fruit Forest, a Paju bingsu (shaved ice dessert) favorite! They had a really wide variety of bingsu. I ordered the peach snow flower bingsu, and it came with way more fruit than I expected and tasted great too, so I left very satisfied!

The evening atmosphere inside
The vibe at Fruit Forest, this Paju bingsu favorite, felt clean but warm. There were plenty of tables and chairs, and seats by a big window looking out gave a sense of openness rather than feeling cramped. Green plants were dotted around the space, and since I visited in the evening, the soft lighting made the atmosphere even nicer.

On one side, true to the name Fruit Forest, a variety of fruit was displayed and really caught my eye. The refrigerated showcase also had various seasonal fruits neatly arranged.

They also sell fruit there!

Peach snow flower bingsu, ₩28,000 — a fresh fruit bomb
Peach snow flower bingsu, ₩28,000

After a short wait, the peach snow flower bingsu arrived, and it looked seriously delicious. It wasn't just peach on top of the bingsu — fresh peach was piled on like an actual bomb! Even the menu photo showed it loaded with peach, but the real thing was even more generous, and honestly, all of us were shocked!

Neatly cut peach covered the whole surface of the bingsu, with blueberries tucked in between. On top of that, right in the center, there was a round scoop of ice cream, which made my mouth water just looking at it. With a light dusting of sugar powder on top, the colors were pretty and the whole bingsu looked amazing.

So how did it taste?
I started with the peach, and it had that unmistakable sweet, fresh fruit flavor. Best of all, there was so much fruit that I got to keep eating peach the whole way through the bingsu. The peach itself was juicy and fragrant, spreading refreshingly in my mouth, and paired with the cold milk ice underneath, the combination was really good.
The snow flower ice had fine, soft ice particles that melted the moment it hit my mouth. Mixing in the ice cream every so often brought out a whole different flavor 😋 The soft, sweet ice cream combined with the sweet-tart peach kept my spoon going nonstop. Peach season is almost over, you know! You really have to try Fruit Forest's peach snow flower bingsu!!

Wrapping up
The peach snow flower bingsu I had at Fruit Forest this time was really satisfying thanks to how generous the fresh fruit portion was! If you love peach, you'll get to properly enjoy its sweet, tangy flavor, and I loved that it came together with soft snow flower ice and ice cream.
If you're craving something sweet or looking for a bingsu piled high with fresh fruit, I'd recommend Fruit Forest, a top Paju bingsu spot 💖
