Jeonju hanok cafe with knee blanket and shoulder massager: Jeonmang

Hi everyone~ Today I went around Jeonju Hanok Village so much that my feet and shoulders were exhausted, so I stopped by somewhere to give them a rest 💕

A healing spot found while walking Jeonju Hanok Village

The shop is located on the second floor of a hanok building! Right from the entrance there are wooden stairs, which really matched the atmosphere of Jeonju Hanok Village.

There are cute penguin dolls and fun little notes here and there on the stairs, so the walk up wasn't boring at all ❣️ It felt like walking into a hanok building, and the mood was already really nice haha

Once inside, the space was bigger than I expected, with foot bath machines and chairs lined up along the window.

The lighting was soft and warm, so my heart felt at ease the moment I walked in — so nice. Best of all, the windows were huge, so you could enjoy the hanok village view from any seat 💕

There were plenty of foot bath seats, so it looked like a good spot to visit with friends, a partner, or family. You end up walking a surprising amount around the hanok village, so this was the perfect place to stop and rest in between!

Even a hand massage while you wait

Inside there was a space to change clothes and a shoe cabinet to keep your shoes organized. It made everything really comfortable to use.

On the table there was also a cute little wooden hand massage tool you can roll around. Rolling it in my palm, the bumpy texture stimulated my hand and felt really refreshing!

There were also cozy knee blankets provided for use during the foot bath. Once I dipped my feet into the machine and pulled the blanket over me, I was fully in relaxation mode lol

Foot bath, shoulder massage, and a drink all for ₩15,000

We went with the •Basic Course, ₩15,000 per person, which includes a 30-minute aroma foot bath, a 30-minute shoulder massager, and a drink as standard. It felt like good value since you can enjoy everything together rather than paying for each separately 👍

For drinks, there's americano, persimmon leaf mint tea, ramie leaf tea, burdock tea, peach-lemon iced tea, and more, and you can choose them iced or hot!

We got ours iced and sipped it slowly during the foot bath haha

Picking an aroma to suit your mood

For the foot bath aroma, you can choose between peppermint, lavender, and rose. Each scent has a different mood, so just pick whichever suits your taste! I like calm, subtle scents so I went with that, and as the fragrance gently spread during the foot bath, even my mood felt calmer 💕

The window seats had a foot bath machine, a small table, and even a personal fan. The hanok village scenery from that seat was seriously picture-perfect ❣️

The foot bath machine had temperature control, massage, timer, shower, and even a red lamp function. We didn't have to press anything ourselves — the staff guided us through it, so we could just relax and start!

Sitting with my feet in the warm water, my toes warmed up first, and after a little while my whole body felt loose and relaxed~ My feet, heavy from all that walking, felt so much more comfortable thanks to the warm water and massage function 👍

After the foot bath, they give you a clean, dedicated foot towel to dry off with.

Finally, applying foot cream wraps things up~ Since they prepare even these small details for you, you don't need to bring anything of your own — very convenient!

Loosening up tight shoulders too

This isn't just a foot bath place — you can also use a shoulder massager at the same time! The machine presses firmly from the shoulders down to the upper back to massage you.

Once I put on the shoulder massager and turned it on, it felt like both shoulders were being kneaded in turn! The intensity was more refreshing than I expected, and my tight shoulders felt like they really loosened up 👍

Using the foot bath machine and shoulder massager at the same time while slowly sipping a drink, it really felt like a proper rest in a short amount of time. With the knee blanket on and the shoulder massage going, I got so drowsy I almost fell asleep haha. I think it'd feel even better on a day when you've walked a lot around the hanok village ❣️

What I liked best here was definitely the view! Through the window, the tiled roofs and pine trees of Jeonju Hanok Village came into full view, and it was so pretty 💕

Just staring blankly at the scenery during the foot bath felt like getting back a bit of leisure during the trip. It seemed like it would stick in my memory much longer than just drinking a beverage at a regular cafe haha

At the seats there was also a guidebook full of Jeonju Hanok Village travel info. It was fun to slowly browse where to go next while soaking your feet!
