I finally visited Sailing Paradise, which I’d been curious about. It is so well known as a yacht-tour date course that I was really excited even before going! When we arrived at the Yeouido marina, the wide-open Han River view made me feel instantly refreshed. The staff kindly guided us and helped us put on our life jackets, checking everything carefully, so I felt reassured.

The marina signs were easy to follow, so we found it without getting lost.

There were several yachts there~ They all looked so cool, haha.

We boarded with other guests, around 8 people in all, and there was quite a lot of room. The inside of the yacht was so clean and had such a luxurious atmosphere that it was great for photos too. As soon as we set off, a cool river breeze drifted in, which was wonderfully healing, and gentle music was playing too.

Everyone! Don’t worry. There are life jackets too. They activate automatically when they touch water, so be careful not to get them wet~

Welcome drinks and snacks

Once we boarded, we were given wine, fruit, and snacks as welcome refreshments, and it was such a thoughtful spread. The wine had a pleasantly bitter yet clean taste and wasn’t too full-bodied, so it was perfect to enjoy lightly. A sip of the nicely dry wine refreshed my mouth and left a delicate grape aroma behind. The snacks included chocolate and cookies, which were perfect because I was getting a little hungry.

A roughly one-hour cruise that was perfect at sunset

It felt like we had made a special memory right in the city, so it didn’t feel like a waste of money at all. It would be such a perfect course for couples celebrating an anniversary or wanting a special Seoul date~ I got to properly unwind in the city with my husband, and it already made me want to come back soon.

The cruise lasts about an hour, which is neither too short nor too long—just right.

We could hear the captain’s friendly explanations too, haha. The kind service during this Yeouido yacht ride made me feel really looked after. Among places to visit along the Han River, I think it would be hard to find many experiences this romantic and luxurious.

In summer, I especially recommend the 7 PM slot, when you can watch the sunset! :)

From a red sunset to Seoul’s night skyline

The riverside scenery at dusk made the romantic mood on board feel even deeper. As the sun gradually began to set and the sky turned red, it was moving in itself.

Even among Han River yacht tours, this one seems to have such a full route and beautiful views. Sipping wine while looking at the sunset glow reflected on the river made all my everyday stress feel as though it had disappeared.

A little later, the lights in the high-rise buildings began switching on one by one, transforming the view into something dazzling. The city nightscape seen from a Seoul yacht tour glittered so much that I couldn’t take my eyes off it.

As a renowned Seoul yacht-tour spot, it offered uninterrupted, wide-open night views throughout the route. The river alongside the bridge lights felt truly romantic.

I don’t even know how many hundreds of keeper photos I got—every shot came out so well.

The night view slowly appearing is something I don’t think I’ll ever forget 🥹🥹 From the moment we left the Yeouido yacht marina, the changing scenery felt like one work of art. The sight of Namsan Tower in the distance and the forest of buildings softly spreading across the Han River waves made me feel at peace.

We saw a supermoon too~ It is not easy to see one, so since we got to see such a wonderful moon on the day we rode the yacht, I made a wish that everything would go well.

A night on the Han River to remember as a Yeouido date

This atmosphere, with the cool breeze and time on the river, was even more satisfying than I expected. If you choose this for a Yeouido date, I think it will make for a perfect day that anyone would praise you for.

If you want to fully experience the feeling of a Seoul yacht tour and make a night in the city feel special, I definitely recommend visiting. Next time, I want to bring my parents so they can enjoy the cool breeze too, haha. I think they would really love it. I’ve also been endlessly praising it to friends as the best Yeouido date spot.

With delicious food alongside the beautiful lights and cool river breeze, I wished time would stop. Taking photos against the night view in the cool evening air produced keeper shots nonstop.

The Han River has a different charm in every season, so when it gets cool around autumn, I’m planning to ride again during the daytime. Thanks to Sailing Paradise, this became an unforgettable memory.

It was a place that gave me the best healing time with a safe yet private feeling, so I have stored it deep in my heart. I was touched by how kindly they saw us off until the very last moment, so I am absolutely willing to revisit!
