In short
Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip Indeogwon Dongpyeon-maeul branch is a Korean beef (hanwoo) BBQ restaurant on the 1st floor of Park Avenue B Tower in Dongpyeon-maeul, Anyang, Gyeonggi. A 500g order of hanwoo costs 49,500 won with no table charge, the buchaesal (flat iron) and galbisal (short rib) were full of juice, and the pa-kimchi (scallion kimchi) was so good that the next table asked whether it was for sale. My throat felt scratchy and I wanted to oil it up, so I went to Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip, which is perfect for a Korean BBQ team dinner in Induk-won. There really were a ton of tables doing team dinners, and once I saw the menu prices I got why — great value for an Induk-won BBQ team dinner.
Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip Induk-won Dongpyeon-maeul branch

Free rainy-day pancake and makgeolli, plus naengmyeon before 3pm on weekdays
At Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip Induk-won Dongpyeon-maeul branch, if you come in for meat on a rainy weekday, they give you a pancake with makgeolli as a free service?? Now I have to wait for rainy days... The BBQ was already such good value, and then there's this service too ㅜㅜ Noting this down: go to Sipnyeon Hanwoo on a rainy day.

And if it's before 3pm on a weekday, you get a free bowl of naengmyeon too. You basically need naengmyeon after BBQ, right?? Free naengmyeon, seriously...

Sipnyeon Hanwoo Silbijip menu and prices: no table charge
Here's the menu board. The prices are incredibly cheap. I got to eat 500g of hanwoo (Korean beef) for under ₩50,000. And pork belly and pork neck are both under ₩40,000. With prices this low, there's also no table charge!! And the naengmyeon price is so nice haha — these days ₩7,000 is basically just the price of a naengmyeon side dish elsewhere. Great for an Induk-won BBQ team dinner, right? There are lots of side stews too, and they also sell sotbap (pot rice).

Private rooms even for two, with the main hall full of team dinners
I went on a weekday evening, and the place was packed full of team-dinner groups! Better to make a reservation.

There's room seating too. Since it was just the two of us, we got a quiet room.

What 500g of hanwoo for 49,500 won looks like: buchaesal and galbisal
Hanwoo 500g for ₩49,500. I thought the beef quality might suffer at such a low price, but it turned out really sugoi (amazing). It was a mixed plate with buchaesal (flat iron), galbisal (short rib), and more.

They grilled the buchaesal, which looked the tastiest, first. The charcoal was great so the meat grilled really nicely.

The pa-kimchi steals the show, with side dishes and Maldon salt
Then the banchan (side dishes) come out, and that pa-kimchi (scallion kimchi) is a magic ingredient. It's been a while since I had pa-kimchi and it tasted kind of like jjapaghetti, if that makes sense?? Went really well with the beef. The next table even asked if they sold the pa-kimchi separately.

Sauce and pickled onion came out individually too. The salt was Maldon salt. Maldon salt is such a perfect match with meat.

Looks so good haha

The meat was so tender and full of juice... The beef itself was tasty enough that anyone could grill it well. And the owner kept checking the fire for us.

I like it best dipped in salt with wasabi on top haha. Wasabi is available as an add-on from the self-bar too.

You absolutely need pa-kimchi to refresh your palate. I want to eat pa-kimchi with sotbap now ㅜ I also took a short video of it.

Side dishes and small plates from the self-bar
Any side dishes or small plates we ran low on, we could easily grab more from the self-bar. I think we only added wasabi, though.

The real juice explosion was the galbisal. The beef aroma was genuinely alive in it. It was such good value that I thought I'd definitely come back whenever I'm craving beef.

Finishing the meal with mul-naengmyeon
And then we ordered a cool mul-naengmyeon (cold noodle soup). I'm usually a bibim-naengmyeon person, but after eating only beef, mul-naengmyeon suddenly sounds so good.

Added mustard and vinegar and the naengmyeon was complete. The broth was so tasty I kept drinking it.

We finished off with some more meat alongside the naengmyeon. Felt like we ate such good-value beef for two that I think I'll come back again. Even at the grocery store, 500g would probably cost over ₩50,000... With delicious pa-kimchi and charcoal grilling, this is a restaurant you just can't not go back to.
