Marinated pork ribs and naengmyeon for 4 in Jeju: Boncham
In short
Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi is a charcoal-grilled pork galbi restaurant in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City, open mainly for dinner. After five straight days of black pork, the writer ordered four servings of the house special marinated pork galbi at 300g for 19,000 won each, plus water naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles) at 8,000 won each. Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi is a good stop when you want sweet marinated ribs instead of yet another black pork meal.

When you're traveling around Jeju, sometimes you crave sweet marinated pork galbi instead of black pork, haha. This time I went to Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City.

Where is Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi, and what are its hours?
Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi is located at 31 Wonnohyeongnam 1-gil, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, South Korea.

Hours are 16:00 - 23:00. Since this place runs mainly on dinner service, it's better to keep in mind for a Jeju dinner spot rather than lunch. Being in Nohyeong-dong, it's also convenient to fit into an evening plan when moving around Jeju City.
※ Please note the restaurant is closed September 24-25, 2026 for the Chuseok holiday, so check before you visit.
Where to park near Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi
There's no parking space right in front of the restaurant, so I parked at the designated lot about 50m away — though the Withers parking lot didn't come up well on T map.
If you search 'Withers parking lot' on Naver Maps you can find it right away, so if you're directionally challenged, set your destination to Withers parking lot!
The entrance/exit is a single gate and a bit narrow, so total beginners should be a little careful!! It's a shared lot used by other restaurants too, just so you know^^ Luckily I parked successfully! Parking registration is supported when you pay on your way out.
The signature dish: house special marinated pork galbi

The restaurant is on the spacious side. There's plenty of seating in the back too.

We ordered the house special marinated pork galbi at 300g for ₩19,000 x 4 servings, plus several bowls of rice, water naengmyeon (cold noodles) for ₩8,000, and bibim naengmyeon (spicy mixed cold noodles) for ₩8,000.

Banchan side dishes and steamed egg at Boncham Sutbul Galbi
The side dishes are served neatly — salad, radish kimchi, lettuce wraps, kimchi, and aged kimchi. This aged kimchi is quite a treat, so don't leave any behind, eat it all up~~^^

Pickled onions are also included, along with steamed egg that kids love.
How much pork galbi do you get for 19,000 won?
When you come to Jeju, you naturally reach for black pork first, but after five straight days of black pork, this time I wanted properly marinated pork ribs, haha.

The signature house special marinated pork galbi comes as 300g per serving. They say it uses a special marinade adding traditional beef galbi seasoning to the pork.
Marinated pork galbi can burn quickly on the grill because of the sauce, so it's important to flip it while grilling. Once it starts turning golden brown, it looks exactly like the pork galbi we all picture, haha.

If you like marinated pork galbi, it's a good menu to try in Jeju as something different from black pork.

The kids ate well too~^^ We made lettuce wraps and dipped some in the pickled onions.

The grill plate burns along the way, so ask them to swap it for the second round of grilling^^ They also pre-cook the meat a bit, so ask for that first and then finish grilling it to a nice golden brown~~

Finishing with water naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon
Once you've eaten your fill of meat, naengmyeon (cold noodles) is a must, haha. We didn't just pick one — we ordered both water naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon.

Each is ₩8,000. The refreshing water naengmyeon is great for clearing your palate after the marinated galbi, and the bibim naengmyeon paired well with the spicy sauce and the pork galbi together. Especially if you save a piece of pork galbi and wrap it with the naengmyeon, it goes really well together, haha.
If you're looking for a dinner spot in Jeju City or a good restaurant in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju, and you like marinated pork galbi, give Jeju Boncham Sutbul Galbi a try.^^
