Jeju pizza near Tamna Library: shrimp-bacon halves, Happiness Pizza

My favorite pizza place lately. I'm more of a pizza person than a chicken person, and after being a pizza nomad for a long time, I found a place with great prices and amazing taste — I've already been here about 10 times. This time I went as part of a sponsored visit, but honestly it felt just as familiar as always. Genuinely delicious pizza in Shin-Jeju (New Jeju), lunch by Tamna Library.

Where is Happiness Pizza in Jeju City, and its hours and parking

Happiness Pizza is a neighborhood pizza place at 47 Nohyeong 2-gil, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, open 11:00 - 23:00 (closed certain days). A pizza place open this late is great for those late-night pizza-and-beer cravings — takeout works well too.

For parking, the public parking lot next to Tamna Library works well. Parking around this neighborhood can be tricky, but there's always a spot at the nearby public lot, so no need to worry.

Happiness Pizza's storefront and owner: why the writer keeps coming back

Bold exterior. I used to just eye it and wonder, "Would this be good?" Then a friend who lives in this neighborhood told me it was seriously delicious, so I trusted them and tried it — and it really was amazing. Ever since then, this is the only pizza place I go to. My favorite pizza spot. If it were closer to my house I'd come even more often, but I still make it here regularly.

It's been open for a while now and locals who know, know — but the owner is truly kind and hardworking. That kind of business mindset shows in the taste itself.

Inside, it's a clean, genuine neighborhood pizza place.

There's no group seating, but there are about 4-5 tables set up for a quick meal in-store. In the evenings there are quite a lot of people eating in, and the customer base ranges from students to adult foreigners — really diverse. I used to come here all the time while studying at Tamna Library, and it's perfect for lunch near Tamna Library or Jeju Halla University. I've also had it for dinner after work a few times haha.

Happiness Pizza discounts: takeout deal and 7,000 won off on the 7th and 27th

Happiness Pizza has a pretty big takeout discount, and on the 7th and 27th they take a whopping ₩7,000 off, so takeout is a must. My place is a bit far so I haven't tried takeout myself, but ordering to go is genuinely great value.

How to order at Happiness Pizza: kiosk, QR order and the free sauces

Ordering is easy via kiosk. Sometimes certain menu items are sold out, so you might order and find something unavailable. But there are so many other great options that I never really felt disappointed — I just ordered something else haha.

🫙Sauces — pickles, garlic dipping sauce, mayonnaise, tabasco, parmesan cheese. I only ever use the garlic dipping sauce, but I took a photo anyway haha.

Bacon potato & tongtong shrimp half-and-half L with gold edge crust

Today's order was my go-to potato pizza plus tongtong shrimp, which I was trying for the first time, along with the gold edge crust. What does it taste like? That exact taste of Mr. Pizza from when we were kids haha, that familiar deliciousness — if you know how scary a taste you already know can be, I fully recommend this place's pizza.

It comes out really quickly once ordered (though it can take a bit longer if orders back up), and with a Naver review you can also get free pasta, so I highly recommend leaving a review and generously treating yourself to pasta too. Actually, it's a must haha.

How does the tongtong shrimp pizza taste?

Trying tongtong shrimp for the first time, the shrimp were seriously plump, and the chili... sauce? on top was generously drizzled, making it absolutely delicious. Pleasantly spicy with a killer savory depth — this tongtong shrimp is definitely going to become one of my regular orders.

Happiness Pizza's bacon potato half and the dough

The bacon potato is exactly the taste we all know, but they don't skimp at all on the bacon or the potatoes, and above all the sauce is generously drizzled too, making it very, very tasty. The dough is chewy and crispy in a way that feels like you could eat it again the next day.

I wanted to get a shot of the gold edge, but... even the crust ends are delicious at Happiness Pizza.

The two of us genuinely cleared a whole pizza, and normally I'd absolutely get the pasta too, but honestly I held back a bit today.
