In short
Woljeongri Galbibap is a galbibap (short rib rice) restaurant on Woljeong 7-gil in Gujwa-eup, Jeju, an easy stop between Conan Beach and Woljeong-ri Beach. Ordering Set A and Set B together showed that the main difference is whether spicy marinated crab (yangnyeom gejang) is included, while the side dishes stayed mild and neatly prepared. Not long ago I was traveling around eastern Jeju and stopped by Conan Beach, famous for its beautiful waters. After all that driving I wanted a proper, hearty meal, so I looked up a well-rated restaurant nearby and paid it a visit. Here's an honest record covering everything from the tidy table setting to the set menu lineup to info for visiting with kids!
Where is Woljeongri Galbibap, and what is the restaurant like?
Woljeongri Galbibap sits at 46 Woljeong 7-gil, Gujwa-eup, Jeju City, right near Woljeong-ri Beach and the coastal road along eastern Jeju, so it's really easy to find. It's a great stop to swing by after enjoying the scenery on a drive!

Stepping inside, the whole place is bright and neatly arranged. The interior is decorated in a cozy yet sentimental way, so the moment you sit down your mood just lifts. The tables are spaced generously too, making it perfect for a relaxed meal and conversation!
Set A vs Set B: the difference is the spicy marinated crab

That day I couldn't decide what to get, so I ordered a bit of everything — both Set A and Set B from Woljeongri Galbibap! The biggest difference between the two sets was simply whether 'yangnyeom gejang' (spicy marinated crab) was included.

First off, all the side dishes came out neat and tidy across the board, so from the moment the table was set I felt well taken care of. None of them were sharp or overpowering, and they were the kind you keep reaching for — perfect for polishing off a whole bowl of rice.

Both Set A and Set B had a great balance between the main dish and the side dishes. If you like yangnyeom gejang, I'd recommend picking the set that includes the crab for that sweet-and-spicy kick, and if you'd rather keep things simple, the other set alone is plenty for a satisfying meal.
You could really taste the good ingredients and the care put into making it, so it's a flavor that people of all ages could enjoy without any complaints.
Visiting Woljeongri Galbibap with kids: kids' menu and parking
When traveling around Jeju with a child, choosing a restaurant can be tricky because of limited menu options. Woljeongri Galbibap has a dedicated kids' menu prepared separately, which made it really comfortable to visit as a family. My kid ate it all up happily too, which put both parents' minds at ease.

Inconvenient parking can really be a headache when visiting a restaurant while traveling, but here the parking space is very well set up, so it was comfortable to visit by car.

After placing our order and sitting down to wait, a smart machine — very on-trend these days — actually brought the food straight to our table! It was fun watching it safely carry and deliver the dishes, and it was a delightful little surprise for both kids and adults before the meal even started 👍🏻🤣

While eating, I also learned that this is a kind-hearted place that donates a lot to help its neighbors! It felt like just having a delicious meal here meant taking part in something good, which warmed my heart the whole time I was there.
