Where is Nani Yeouido Branch? 3rd floor by Yeouido Station Exit 3

Nani Yeouido Branch is a Yeouido izakaya located on the 3rd floor of the S-TRENUE building, right outside Yeouido Station Exit 3. It's very accessible since it's so close to Yeouido Station, and it's perfect for a casual drink after work haha.

They have reservations, group seating, parking, Wi-Fi, and even separate men's/women's restrooms.

Seating and mood at Nani Yeouido Branch: curtained partitions and a full-window city view

The seats at Nani Yeouido Branch are divided by partitions or curtains, so you can chat quietly without worrying about the next table! Even though it's on the 3rd floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the middle of downtown gave us a city view where the Yeouido skyline stretched out in front of us.

A friend who'd been here before told me they'd even had a company dinner in one of the rooms! Seems like a good spot for everything from company dinners to dates haha.

Luckily the sky was clear that day and the sunset turned a pretty shade of pink, so the Yeouido city view plus sunset made the mood even better haha. Sunset hunt: successful!

What's on the menu at Nani Yeouido Branch in Yeouido, Seoul

The recommended dishes are the mixed sashimi platter / solo sashimi, lamb shoulder rack, king shrimp with butter garlic / octopus with perilla oil pasta, and soy-braised beef tendon / spicy braised beef tendon. On top of that, they have a wide range of grilled, fried, stir-fried, and stewed dishes.

Being an izakaya, they have everything from sake to shochu to whiskey, plus of course soju, beer, and draft beer — Hallasan and Hwayo too, since regular Korean liquor can't be missing. And highballs on top of that!

What two people ordered at Nani Yeouido Branch, and what it cost

  • Lamb shoulder rack, 3 racks — ₩43,000
  • Char-dol tantan nabe — ₩35,000
  • Soju — ₩7,000 x2

For the basic side dishes, we got crispy fried hardtack crackers and seasoned seaweed with vinegar dressing to whet our appetite.

It was marked as a recommendation right on the menu, so of course we couldn't just pass it by lol. We ordered Nani's recommended dish as our first side without a second thought!

Lamb shoulder rack, 3 racks (45,000 won): Australian young lamb

The smell alone was overwhelming as it sizzled its way to the table — three racks of lamb ribs, grilled to a perfect finish! They use clean Australian lamb under 10 months old, specifically the shoulder rack cut.

Two sauces came with it! One was the cumin lamb skewer sauce we all know well, and the other was a basil sauce. The lamb-and-basil-sauce combo worked surprisingly well together haha.

The moment I saw it, I just wanted to grab it and tear right in lolllll. This is supposedly a Yeouido izakaya, but the presentation rivaled dedicated lamb-rib restaurants — what is this?! The price wasn't bad either, so the owners of nearby lamb-rib places should be a little nervous lol.

They gave us scissors and tongs too, so it was cut into easy-to-eat pieces. Oh... it really was tender thanks to the Australian young lamb, with almost no gamey smell — so good! My friend even picked the leftover bones clean lolllll.

Chadol tantan nabe (35,000 won): the brothy dish to drink with

Loaded with chadolbagi (thinly sliced beef brisket) along with crown daisy, mung bean sprouts, cabbage, onion, and mushrooms — this char-dol nabe (Japanese-style hot pot) was generously packed with vegetables! It's a spicy Japanese-style nabe made by stir-frying and simmering chadolbagi with various vegetables, and the rich, spicy broth makes it perfect alongside a drink!

It really was a "chadol" nabe lolllll. Of course there were plenty of vegetables too, but the chadolbagi just kept coming no matter how much we fished out. For anyone who loves meat but also craves a soup-based dish, I recommend the char-dol tantan nabe!

Why Nani Yeouido Branch is worth it as a Yeouido izakaya

My friend and I had a rare date (?) together, and the food was so good that we ended up eating more side dishes than drinks — a full-on eating show lollllll. Every single side dish was delicious, so next time I want to work through the other menu items one by one.

It's a great spot for Yeouido office workers to grab a drink after work, and the atmosphere is nice enough that I'd recommend it as a date spot too! If you're looking for a Yeouido izakaya, Nani Yeouido Branch is it.
