Inside Raon Sik Tak: wood-toned interior and wine display
The moment I stepped inside Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch, the warm wood-toned interior and moody pendant lights greeted me.

The cozy yet refined mood put me at ease the second I walked in. Little props and flower arrangements scattered around show off the owner's careful eye for detail.
One wall of the restaurant has exotic pasta noodle packaging, various wine bottles, and fresh ingredients artfully displayed. It felt like being invited into a small workshop or home somewhere in Europe. This is a Pangyo Station restaurant that's genuinely fun just to look around.
On the tables and bar counter, vivid orange flower decorations are set alongside gleaming wine glasses.
There's a good range of wines that pair well with pizza, pasta and steak, so I thought this would also be a perfect place for a light glass of wine on an evening date.
How the steak is plated at Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch
Finally, the main dish I ordered — the steak — arrived.

Doesn't the visual alone make you gasp? On a large plate, beautifully seared meat is plated in perfect harmony with cherry tomatoes, roasted garlic, shishito peppers, mushrooms, smooth mashed potato, whole grain mustard, and a special sauce.
The steak arrived sizzling and giving off an amazing smell, seared crisp on the outside and juicy inside.

The colorful garnishes bring out the meat's flavor even more, and the deep-colored special sauce looks mouthwatering just to see.
How did the medium-cooked steak taste?
The steak at Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch was cooked to a perfect medium. Picking up a piece with my fork and looking at the cross-section, I could see with my own eyes how the pink center was packed with juicy moisture.
Can you see the juice glistening on the surface? It looked tender even before I put it in my mouth. Before taking a bite, I took another look at that moist grain of the meat.
There wasn't a trace of toughness anywhere — it broke apart smoothly along the grain, and a rich meaty aroma spread through my mouth like magic. Adding a touch of the special sauce or whole grain mustard made it even more impressive. The quality was good enough that 'melts in your mouth' doesn't feel like an exaggeration.
Dipping generously into the soft mashed potato doubled the nuttiness, and the roasted vegetables and spicy-sweet garnishes in between cut through any richness, so I enjoyed every last bite without getting tired of it. Before I knew it, the plate was empty.
Worth it for a Pangyo date or a special-occasion dinner?
From the atmosphere to the taste to the plating, there wasn't a single thing lacking at Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch, this Pangyo Station restaurant! If you're looking to enjoy delicious pasta and steak with someone special in a place with great vibes, I highly recommend giving it a visit.
