Friday lunch, trying to decide what to eat near Suwon Station, I went back to Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch after a while!
I was happy with it last time too, so this time I picked all new dishes I hadn't tried before instead of repeating the same menu ◡̈

The reason Rolling Pasta comes to mind whenever I want pasta near Suwon Station is that most pastas are around ₩10,000, so it's easy to order several dishes ❗️
This time there were two of us, so we confidently ordered two pastas plus a pizza haha
Where is Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch, and what is the restaurant like?
Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch is easy to reach from Suwon Station, making it a good spot to stop by for lunch 〰️ We visited during Friday lunchtime.

There was a steady stream of weekday lunch customers, but we got seated right away without waiting :)

Since we'd already been here a few times, we picked out what to eat quickly as soon as we sat down haha

What two people ordered at Rolling Pasta, and what it cost

Here's what we ordered this time at Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch!
- Gorgonzola S ₩7,800
- Pache pasta ₩10,900
- Seafood cream pasta ₩9,900
- Zero coke ₩2,000
We picked completely different pasta styles. One spicy tomato-based, one smooth cream-based. Plus gorgonzola on top ෆ Long story short, this combo was a success!
Pache pasta, 10,900 won: a spicy pasta worth finishing to the last spoon of sauce

First up, pache pasta! It's a spicy soup-style pasta with seafood in a tomato sauce base.

It has more broth than a typical tomato pasta, so it was tastier eaten with the broth rather than just the noodles.
The tomato base gets extra savoriness from the seafood, with a spicy finish that lingered — perfect for a bite in between the cream pasta haha

Especially if you're ordering a cream pasta, I'd recommend pairing it with something spicy like pache! The two flavors were completely different so we never got tired of it (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
Seafood cream pasta, 9,900 won: a cream pasta for under 10,000 won

Next, seafood cream pasta! At ₩9,900, it's under ₩10,000 ❕ It has shrimp, squid, clams and other seafood inside. The cream sauce was smooth and savory and coated the noodles well.

With the seafood in there, it had extra savoriness compared to a plain cream sauce, an easy flavor to keep reaching for ෆ I like cream pasta but eating just one flavor can get a bit heavy toward the end — this day the spicy pache balanced it out nicely 🤍

A savory bite of cream, then a spicy bite of pache, and both plates disappeared almost at the same time.. ㅎ
Gorgonzola pizza in size S, 7,800 won: adding pizza to the pasta
It felt like a shame to eat just pasta, so we added gorgonzola S too.

Priced at ₩7,800! There's a separate S size, great for when you want to try pizza alongside two pastas 👏

Dipping the salty, savory gorgonzola cheese into plenty of sweet honey ෆ
Eating spicy pache, then sweet gorgonzola, then back to cream pasta haha — all three dishes went in completely different flavor directions, which made for a fun mix-and-match meal (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

What is new on the Rolling Pasta September menu?
And on this visit, I noticed a new September menu had launched! Two new dishes since September 3rd: cheese oven lasagna and oven mushroom cream gnocchi!

Cheese oven lasagna is made with tomato sauce and béchamel sauce topped with plenty of cheese and baked in the oven, while oven mushroom cream gnocchi is chewy potato gnocchi with mushrooms, bacon and cream sauce, also oven-baked ✅ Both intrigued me, but personally I'm more curious about the oven mushroom cream gnocchi..ෆ I'll try the new menu next time I come back haha
Final verdict on Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch

Rolling Pasta Suwon Station Branch for Friday lunch! I picked all-new dishes so as not to overlap with last time, and this time I especially loved the combo. The spicy pache pasta good for eating with its broth, the smooth savory seafood cream pasta, and gorgonzola dipped in sweet honey ෆ
With pastas at ₩9,900–10,900 and gorgonzola S also at ₩7,800, it was great for two people ordering three dishes and sampling a bit of everything. A comfortable place to stop by whether you're looking for lunch near Suwon Station or want pasta and pizza together on the same day :) Now that there's a new September menu I haven't tried yet, I'll have to come back again for the gnocchi ◡̈ෆ
