After work, I couldn't decide on dinner with my parents, so we headed to Haemul Teukbyeolsi. Great access near Bucheon Station, and since it's a dish my parents already love, they ate so happily — total satisfaction 😎

The interior is spacious with comfortable gaps between tables, making it easy to dine with my parents. Overall it's clean and well arranged, perfect as a spot to take your parents out to eat. Also totally recommended for group gatherings 👍🏻

The basic side dishes included seaweed soup, corn cheese, steamed egg, fried seafood pancake, mul-kimchi (watery kimchi), and seaweed. Steamed egg, corn cheese, and fried seafood pancake all came standard, so you barely needed to order anything extra.
The fried seafood pancake was crispy outside, soft inside, with plenty of seafood in it — a surprisingly great bite 😋

It arrives fully cooked on the hot stone, so there's no need to adjust heat or wait — you can just dig in right away ☺️ The seafood was genuinely plentiful, and since it's served on a hot stone, it stayed warm the whole time — no cooling off, great!
We picked spice level 2, the mild-medium setting, and it was just spicy enough — the perfectly delicious level of heat. The seasoning wasn't overpowering either, and the seasoning level was just right, so my parents really enjoyed it.
The seafood was so fresh and generous that as a seafood lover, I was thoroughly satisfied. The squid came whole, plump and firm, and the portion was so generous — no need to say more.
The sauce wasn't heavy at all — spicy and deep-flavored, the kind you keep going back for 🐷 The shrimp was plump too, the texture was insane..
Being boneless monkfish made it easy to eat, and the flesh was so plump and tender, ㅠㅠ the big chunks of monkfish were soft and delicious, all around 🥺

They really loaded on the cheese, and it went so well with the monkfish stew sauce that I couldn't even finish my sentence
