Our Busan schedule was sooo tight, but we came all the way to Busan, so we absolutely had to see Gwangan Bridge, right?! We looked at the bridge, zoned out watching the water, stepped on the sand, and went for a walk~ After properly recharging, we were hungry!

We went to Salmon Brothers near Gwangalli Beach, and the atmosphere was sooo much better than I expected that my boyfriend and I had such a relaxed date~! If you are looking for a spot for a blind date or a date in Gwangalli, Salmon Brothers is it, right here!

So fitting for Busan's Gwangalli—full of seaside vibes!

There is also a menu board outside, so it is nice to scan it before going in.

No matter how I look at it, Salmon Brothers made their character sooo well..! Shall we go in now?

You can look at medals and merchandise from the start.

It felt like I had come to a little lifestyle-goods shop. There are bar tables, too!

Food-focused lighting that makes it a blind-date pick

The photos came out very bright, but the overall interior is a little dim. But... can you see it?! Where the pin lights are shining!

Softly on faces, clearly on the food!

Ta-da! The lights shine only on the food spot. Personally, I looooved this. That is why I recommend it for a blind date! A lighting gem, Salmon Brothers!!

Restaurant lighting focused on the food table

The walls beside the tables are full of objects. The early Christmas decorations and lighting décor are especially distinctive, as you would expect from a place known for its lighting.

There are spacious seats even for two people. It seems perfect for a day when you want to create a mood, like a blind date or anniversary. How is the lighting this thoughtful?! Even while we ate, my boyfriend talked about the lighting at least ten times...

I was also impressed by the projector beam on the wall as an accent.

You can get water and wet wipes from the self-service bar. There are two, so use whichever one is closer to your table.

We sat here, and the atmosphere was so nice that it somehow made me keep picking up my camera,, The table comes set up already. Even the little lamp was totally my taste ㅠㅠ

They also have a Catchtable review event, so try joining while you wait for your food!

They offer delivery, too... Lucky people living in the Salmon Brothers zone.. I am jealous.. If I lived nearby, I think I would order it often..

Giant salmon sushi and shrimp aglio e olio

Salmon Brothers gives you pickled radish! It was tangy and delicious, so I got one refill~!

The space is not the only thing with amazing vibes—the food visuals are insane, too!!! (The photos really come out well.)

Aglio e olio with two extra shrimp. The nutty flavor characteristic of oil pasta, with a gentle lift of garlic, made it a great pairing with the sushi.

Aglio e olio with extra shrimp

It was not aggressively salty or heavy, so it did not get in the way of the salmon. Add four shrimp. I am serious.

Large, moist giant salmon sushi

From the first moment I saw it, the giant salmon sushi had a presence clearly different from ordinary salmon sushi. The salmon was not just lightly placed on the rice—it was biggg and laid on long, so I instantly understood why it is called “giant” salmon sushi..!

You can feel salmon's distinctive soft, moist texture, and I loved how the thick slices filled my mouth.

I also liked that the salmon flavor did not get lost when eaten with the rice!

The accompaniments are done properly, too: wasabi to freshen your palate, plus capers and onion. Finish with a refreshing bite of rakkyo (pickled scallion bulbs), and it is perfect.

If two of you visit, I recommend getting the sushi as a given and ordering pasta, too!

The ice made me squeal as soon as I saw it.. It is bears all over the world!

An easy meal stop after a Gwangalli walk

While eating, I realized once again that Salmon Brothers is a place where you enjoy not only the food but also the atmosphere of the space! Above all, another advantage was how easy it is to plan into an outing with Gwangalli Beach.

Like us, after a walk along the Gwangalli sea, have sushi and pasta when you are hungry!!! Then go see the night view after eating!!! I am 100% willing to revisit, and next time I will try the sashimi and steamed clams with alcohol!
