Incheon restaurant sharing Andong gukbap and bossam sets: Hantiok

I visit Lotte Department Store Incheon pretty often, and after browsing around I went for lunch at Hantiok, a well-known Korean restaurant inside the department store.

Where is Hantiok in Lotte Department Store Incheon, and what are its hours?

Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch is on the basement floor of Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch at 35 Yeonnam-ro, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. It's open 10:30–20:00, and you can use the Lotte Department Store Incheon parking lot.

Hantiok, a well-known Korean restaurant at Lotte Department Store Incheon, is in the basement food court, on the way toward the Incheon Bus Terminal side (right across from Ops Bakery).

Hantiok's menu: set meals, single dishes and side orders of bossam and stir-fried pork

True to a proper Korean restaurant, the menu had bossam sets, andong gukbap, Korean beef seolleongtang, Korean beef gomtang, makguksu (cold noodles), yeolmu noodles, andong guksi, and gondre bibimbap. I liked that bossam and stir-fried pork were also sold separately as side orders.

There were food models next to the menu board (totally looked real, haha!!), which made choosing so much easier, and the sets themselves looked really generous.

How many seats does Hantiok have? Shared food court seating when full

There aren't a ton of tables inside Hantiok, but there are four 4-person tables in total. If the inside seats are all taken, you can also eat at the shared food court seating.

Hantiok's guksi (noodle soup) and gukbap use only 1+ and 1++ grade Korean beef, so it can't not taste good~!! Since it's made with such good beef, the soup really delivers. They also had the seasonal yeolmu noodles, and I liked that at Hantiok you can order either a set meal or a single dish.

I ended up ordering the bossam set and the andong gukbap set.

The portions were also super generous.

Andong gukbap set at Hantiok: stir-fried pork, dumplings and tofu included

Hantiok's andong gukbap set came with andong gukbap, stir-fried pork, dumplings plus tofu, and side dishes. I was surprised at how packed the set was and how generous the portions were.

The gukbap had a generous amount of Korean beef in it. Since it's 1+ and 1++ grade beef, the broth's rich flavor was on a different level from an ordinary gukbap. There was plenty of stuff in the broth too, so it wasn't harsh — it had a spicy kick but also a deep, rich flavor from the meat broth.

The stir-fried pork that came with it was also completely delicious — the gukbap already had plenty of meat, but the stir-fried pork portion was also quite generous.

The side dishes were served neatly too — just the right amount to eat comfortably. (If you run out while eating, just ask the staff and they'll bring more.)

Bossam set at Hantiok: boiled pork, rice, soup and sides in one tray

Hantiok's bossam set lets you enjoy bossam, rice, soup, and side dishes all at once — great for a clean, satisfying single meal.

The bossam had no gamey smell, was mild and tender, and looked absolutely mouthwatering!! The portion was generous too, so my husband and I shared it. Eaten with the radish kimchi that comes alongside, the pairing of bossam and radish kimchi was, as always, fantastic...

I tried wrapping the bossam in the lettuce that came with it. Since the quality and flavor of the bossam meat were already great, it was amazing wrapped in lettuce too.

The soup served alongside was also loaded with stuff. It had that hangover-soup vibe — refreshing yet spicy — the kind you could finish a whole bowl of rice with just from the soup alone.

The tofu served with it had a subtle, nutty soybean flavor, and dipped into the soy sauce that came with it, it was so clean and light. The dumplings were huge too.

Would I go back to Hantiok? Final verdict

At Hantiok, a well-known Korean restaurant at Lotte Department Store Incheon, the andong gukbap set and bossam set were both so packed with food and generous in portion that the meal felt delicious and satisfying. Whenever I want Korean food while visiting Lotte Department Store, I'm 100% going back. If you're looking for a clean, hearty Korean meal at Lotte Department Store Incheon, I'd recommend giving Hantiok a try.
