A Goyang garden café visit with my parents on a rare weekday off

My very first weekday off ever~~ so excited~~!! While I was thinking about how to spend it well, I decided to spend the day with my parents haha. After a delicious lunch at a restaurant my mom highly recommended, I went looking for a nearby café and found this Goyang café with such a gorgeous garden!!
Checking the reviews carefully, they were perfect, and it even had a full bakery lineup, which totally won me over! Hehe and the parking space was super super ample too, so I decided to head there right away! Alright, let's go go go~~~
Parking and first impressions of the garden
With two parking lots, I got parked with plenty of room to spare, and then stepping into the café!! I fell in love with the beautiful scenery ㅠㅠ Such a well-tended, lush green garden full of flowers too — if only it hadn't been so hot, I would've wanted to sit outside!! My mom loved it from the entrance on, and just watching her made me so happy hehe
Ahh, the entrance has a wooden door too, so full of atmosphere! It matches the garden interior so perfectly~~~!!
How many kinds of bread are there?
Once inside!! The interior is spectacular too~~~ Truly a bakery café through and through, with bread piled high everywhere!! There were so many kinds I agonized over what to get haha. We'd just eaten lunch and were full, but I still loaded up a tray like it was lunch all over again hoho
Seating, interior atmosphere, and group tables
On the way to find a seat after choosing our bread~~~ the outside view is beautiful, but the inside is also very clean and pretty!! One of the best cafés I've been to recently!!!!! The group seating had plenty of room and the distance between tables was just right, so even when a big group of guests came in later, there was no trouble having a conversation! Hehe
The restroom was super spotless too! My dad said once we got home that he loved the diffuser scent in there haha. He should've told me sooner… I would've taken a photo of it!
How do the red bean bread, cheese bread, and walnut sticky rice bread taste?
Now let's eat the bread~~~~ kyokyokyo I really loaded up a huge variety! Red bean bread! Cheese bread! Walnut sticky rice bread! Mocha choco cake!!
The cheese bread had a Ttokddo-cheese-snack kind of first bite, but as I kept chewing, more and more savory flavor came through and it turned out chewy too! A totally new flavor I hadn't tasted anywhere else!! The red bean bread was completely packed with red bean paste inside haha! The walnut sticky rice bread was super nutty from all the walnuts and the sticky rice was so chewy it wrapped around my mouth completely hehe. I saved some and kept eating it as a lunch substitute the next day haha
Ahh~~ chatting away while looking at a view like this is such incredible healing~~
Mocha choco cake and coffee
Especially this mocha choco cake! It tasted like an old-school mocha cake I hadn't had in ages haha. The coffee, made with special beans, was so full of flavor and aromatic that I finished it in no time ㅠㅠㅠㅠ!
Packing leftover bread: still moist the next day
That's how I spent a warm, joyful time with my parents chatting away, wrapping up the first day of my vacation so happily! There was plenty of hygienic wrapping paper set aside so I could pack up the leftover bread! Haha thanks to that, I wrapped it up neatly and ate the leftover bread as a lunch substitute the next day — it was still moist and delicious, hehe
I found such a pretty café that I've already decided to come back with friends! Haha my sibling saw it and was amazed too, so I'll definitely come back with the whole family again~~!
If you're looking for a café near Seoul, this one has ample parking, plenty of bread, delicious drinks, and is even hygienic with same-day production and sale, so I highly recommend it~! Especially do stop by to see this beautiful scenery~ strongly recommend!!
