Basement arcade entrance of the building near Gangnam Station
Directions sign for the basement floor shops

Enter through the building's B1 arcade entrance and it's down the first passage on the left. There are so many shops on the basement floor that even being near the entrance doesn't make it easy to find.

Orange Ola Poke sign

Ola Poke, Ola Poke — that orange-colored sign. A place that captures both the refreshing feel of its color and the freshness and healthiness of its taste. I occasionally look for salad or poke, and since Ola Poke is a chain, it's the first thing that comes to mind when I'm craving it. I tried it once, was satisfied, and it's become one of my go-to spots. I went around 1:30pm, just after the lunch rush had cleared out.

Self-serve bar with lemon water and goji berry tea

Lemon water and warm goji berry tea, with forks and spoons laid out at the self-serve bar. I love that Ola Poke Gangnam has warm goji berry tea. This Gangnam Station poke and salad spot does a lot of takeout and delivery too, not just dine-in, and with such a varied menu, it has that pull that keeps bringing you back.

Seafood poke for 13,500 won with 5 salad to 5 oat brown rice

You order at the kiosk: pick your poke, decide the sauce, take a number, done. I chose the seafood poke (₩13,500), 5 salad, 5 oat brown rice, yuja soy sauce base, and went with the recommended topping sauce!

Tray with seafood poke and goji berry tea

When my number was called, I went up to the kitchen counter and got my tray with the seafood poke and topping sauce, then grabbed a fork, spoon, and warm goji berry tea.

Half salad, half oat brown rice. Today's poke would be extra filling. This was my first time choosing oat brown rice with poke. Full of a desire to get healthier lol. It's nice that there are healthy options like buckwheat noodles and oat brown rice too. I'd ordered the mushroom soup last time and it was tasty, but since I picked oat brown rice today, I figured I'd already be full so I skipped it this time. The portions at this Gangnam Station poke and salad spot are bigger than you'd think — you really end up full after eating. Anyone who's tried it knows haha.

Recommended spicy mayo topping sauce

The recommended topping sauce — a slightly spicy, smooth mayo sauce. That bit of spice was a genius move! I had a different sauce last time and the difference is huge. The smooth sauce wraps everything up in the nicest way.

Seafood poke topped with shrimp, scallop and octopus

With shrimp, scallop, octopus and other seafood, it's a clean, refreshing flavor. I love a light, clean taste, so whenever I get poke or salad I almost always go for seafood poke. Today was no exception lol. But depending on which topping sauce you choose, the whole thing tastes different whether the base is salad only, buckwheat noodles, or oat brown rice — so it never gets old no matter how many times you eat it.

There's plenty of softly and deliciously cooked scallop, plus octopus and shrimp — so good.

Half salad, half oat brown rice composition

The oat brown rice's fullness and its springy texture mean you chew longer, which somehow makes you think about health even more haha. It was a nice change from the texture and taste of eating just vegetables — refreshingly different. I liked this too!

How the seafood poke at Ola Poke Gangnam tasted

Time to really dig in~ The seafood poke was delicious and generously portioned — I ate until I was genuinely full. Vegetables well-tossed with the sauce, the pop of flying fish roe, and refreshing pineapple — a combination that can't miss! A healthy, delicious, full feeling — the best ^^ At Ola Poke, my Gangnam Station lunch spot, I had a late but happy lunch and it made for a good day. If you're looking for a filling, tasty, and healthy restaurant, why not try Ola Poke, the poke and salad spot near Gangnam Station? I'd recommend it not just for diet meals but as a genuinely good place to eat.
